They upgraded our room. and also allow early check in. there is free flow coffee/apples/cookies at lounge area. Service is good. the breakfast choices are good too.

It's a nice hotel and it was my second time there. It's value for money and nice clean rooms. I appreciate that I could check in a little earlier. Staff is friendly and anything requested was handled fast. Breakfast is decent. I will return for sure.

Really nice hotel for a family of 3. A spacious room for 3+ luggages opened and a bathroom with bathtub, bathroom and toilet separated, allowing more than 1 using the bathroom. Nice breakfast area with buffet and a la carte menu section.

Excellent location just a few minutes to the MRT station. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. One of the quietest hotels I’ve stayed at in Taipei with good soundproofing. An air purifier was provided without my asking, which was a very nice touch. Concierge staff were very polite and proactive but the reception staff have room for improvement. Some travelers have also mentioned the few stairs at the main entrance, which can be a bit inconvenient if your luggage is heavy. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and I would consider coming back for a second time.

Hotel is a few MRT stops away from Taipei main station in a peaceful neighbourhood, but the room and amenities more than make up for it. Breakfast is average, limited buffet selection with a main course selection option. Room was generally clean, although a few spots in the pictures could do with a little more attention. Free coffee and biscuits throughout the day is nice.

Room was big and spacious. The hotel gladly assisted when the room was too cold even though the AC was turned off. Great stay overall!

Very clean hotel with a touch of luxury. A little inconvenient in terms of getting to public transports, but if you are willing to spend on Uber, this is an amazing place as it’s right in the middle of tourist attractions and night markets!
