Ulasan Tokyo International Hotel

I had several problems at this hotel during my stay: 1. They charge extra money for extra towels 2. They have no paper cups for coffee downstairs 3. They lock the hotel door after midnight and you have to wait on the receptionist to open the door for you 4. Their check out is at 11 not 12 and they enforce it 5. No coffee capsule in the room

Rooms are clean and service is good. Friendly staff and good breakfast

我在下午12點多下飛機的時候才訂的酒店, 看到要3點才可以check in,剛剛好從機場撘捷運來到就是3點正,櫃台職員都很好,不用5分鐘就已經幫我安排好房間,房間也挻大,浴室也不錯,乾淨和光線充足,職員態度也非常有禮,因為這酒店原來在半夜的時候會鎖上大門,但會有在場職員每次馬上過來開門,唯獨是我開冷氣的時候,那個位置就嘈吵一點,關掉過了30分鐘左右才沒有聲音,其他都還滿意的,最後才得知原來我的房間是全酒店第二大的房間呢

雖然捷運站有一段距離，但附近購物方便，員工有禮和友善，服務周到。

최근 토요일 타이베이 호텔 저렴하지 않습니다만 주변 음식점과 마사지점이 많아 편리했습니다. 직원들은 아주 친절합니다. 건물은 좀 연식이 있어보입니다 .

The hotel itself was relatively old though still kept in decent condition. The facilities were well kept and acceptable. Kudos to the staff who were all friendly and helpful. A slight inconvenience would be its location which is about 10-15 minutes' walk from Zhongshan station. Overall is more than value for money if one doesnt mind walking for abit or will be taking cabs or Uber most of the time.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. Trilingual, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Really enjoyed my stay!

Tokyo International Hotel saved our stay in Taipei. Staff were absolutely fantastic and the rooms were just like a hotel room should be. It is a great great hotel that I can recommend to everyone visiting Taipei. Only the breakfast they should work on - But everything else were fantastic. Thank you for making our stay great. The area is also great.

The hotel is not very big and seems to be in a rather old building. The elevator has a few stairs in front, so it's not accessible for wheelchairs. The rooms are very clean and in good condition. The only downside might be that there's no walk-in shower but only a bathtub with curtain. Room size is not very big but good by Taipei standards. Breakfast is served in a small restaurant room with limited choices. It wasn't a problem though as they always has enough choices for us and quality was very good. On the top floor (only accessible by stairs from the restaurant) they offer a small gym and a laundry room. It looks a bit improvised but works well. Detergent is sold at the reception. The main reason for the maximum rating though is the staff. They are all super nice, helpful and make you feel absolutely welcome. Reception staff always remember us and made sure everything is alright, and in the breakfast restaurant it rather felt like family. We absolutely loved it and are looking forward to staying in this hotel again.
