Totally impressed with the accommodation's. From the moment I arrived I was checked in by Shaq and with as many questions that I asked of him, he took the time and made my arrival to the area go much smoother. The staff treated you royally from opening doors, calling for elevators, to cleaning the room to a spotless level. There is no doubt I will return here, I just need to remind them to give me a room with a better view next time. It’s conveniently located within 10-15 minutes to two metro stops. Not to mention, uber runs in the area and is equally affordable.

The room was spacious and comfortable. They stopped providing toothbrushes last year, but the front desk gave me one. The hotel has a European vibe, and for some reason, the staff always spoke to me in English, though that's generally the case when people see me in Taipei. The hotel breakfast is very Japanese. It's also quite close to the MRT station, which was convenient for me to go to Dajia nearby for a live show.

Hotel @ good location just feel not rly comfortable window is small. Building is old. Service okay. However when i exchange $ in counter Staff calculated wrong notes. 50 dollars note charged more. Reception checked out later when we already left Taiwan. Still waiting they send $50 note with registration mail.

Very beautiful hotel at Taipei City.Staffs are very nice and have delicious restaurants inside.Go up to the root and you will see the grand hotel taipei.Recommended to everyone

Very nice staff and helpful. The hotel is elegant, just the location is not inconvenient and some routes are cancelled for the shuttle bus. Room is with French style.

The hotel is quite far from the MRT, which is a bit inconvenient. However, the rooftop offers beautiful views of the Grand Hotel. The gym equipment is old, and there's only one restaurant with limited food options. On the positive side, the hotel staff are very enthusiastic and helpful, assisting with taxi bookings and luggage.
