I had a pleasant stay at Cozzi Zhongxiao Taipei, and here’s my breakdown:

The hotel is conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the city. Perfect for travelers looking to maximize their time in Taipei.
Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The rooms and common areas are spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.
Facilities: ⭐⭐⭐
While the basics are well-covered, the hotel lacks certain amenities like a dehumidifier and gym. These could significantly enhance the overall guest experience, especially in Taipei's humid climate.
Overall, Cozzi Zhongxiao Taipei excels in key areas but has room for improvement in its facilities. I would recommend it for its convenience and exceptional service, but those looking for more extensive amenities might want to consider other options.

It has always been my family's first choice to stay in Cozzi Hotel Zhongxiao for my trip to Taipei. The location and convenience are second to none, and the choices of breakfast are quite a lot and suitable for both kids and elderly. The nice and decent room are just right for us. The park nearby offers a nice place for my family especially the kids ro enjoy and relax. Highly recommended and will definitely stay there again!

Very good restaurant. Location is great, where hotel is right next to the subway station. Staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is Ok, not many choices. Coffee is alright, but not great.

Great hotel with styled and cleaned room. Perfect location, MTR station is just crossed the road. Hasan Market is also crossed the road which has the famous Fuhang Soy Milk. We didn’t try as the queue was very long. The hotel breakfast was great so no need to buy from outside.
The front desk needs some improvement. The info provided is not enough eg they didn’t tell me the time of breakfast and the free afternoon Lounge usage. The important one was when we left the hotel, they said they can call a taxi for us to airport but they didn’t tell us the taxi is not metered but with an asked price which is much more than metered trip.

Good location as the Mtr is just next to the hotel. Very convenient when travelling. Room are clean and quiet. Breakfast area slighty small , staff are friendly there.
