Ulasan Swiio Hotel Ximending

The room and toilet are very comfortable. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our long stay there. Will come back with my close friends one day.

Very convinent location close of Ximen station. Just 7-8min walk with shelter mostly. Crowded and popular neighboring thus even late at night still lots of people around. Hotel lobby is 6/F. Get card to tap the senor to get lift to 5/F, which the lift lobby is filled with salon smell of perming and conditioner chemicals. The room is fine. No smell. Probably because it's furthest away from the lobby. It's clean. Towels and water pressure and temp are OK though the mirror is slightly damaged. Overall very good if you plan go out all the time and back just for sleep. The walls are super thin though. I heard the people next door shout / laugh / scream (there are kids next door) in late evening(like 11pm). I can't hear any noise outside though. A down side of the room is the one step up to the toilet and another step up to the bed which can be inconvenient for some people. To those with long hair: there is NO conditioner for hair provided. Appreciate if Trip or the hotel can update this. Otherwise helpful staff. I heard the breakfast that they help book is famous. I didn't try though.

Location is superb with convenience shops, eateries and bubble tea shops at the door step. Sound insulation is very bad. When your neighbor showers there is a very water gushing sound near the you can hear clearly people talking along the corridor. Definitely not a hotel for light sleepers. WiFi connection is almost non existent… though there are a few spots to connect, there is no internet connection or it barely loads/unstable. I had to rely on my eSIM data instead throughout the entire stay. Hotel offers offering food from famous stall, a convenience factor which may favor some travelers.

The location is quite convenient, rooms are clean with all amenities you might need. Would definitely stay here again. Good price/value

Great location, but room is pretty small, and the toilet is very cramp with blurred out toilet walls...

Carpet or air con is dusty. Have stuffy nose when I was inside the room.

Size of hotel is big in Taiwan standard. Gets too crowded at times. Location is good but rooms are on the small side.

Paid close to 200usd a night. Basic hotel with a good location. Paid the high price for just a good location. Small rooms with no Powerpoints next to the bed. Take note this is not a standalone hotel. They share the building and occupy a few floors only.

Super convenient location, at first worried about noise but proven quiet and no issues. Neighbor upstairs abit noisy so can hear some sounds but all ok.

The room was quite small but it was clean, comfortable and complete with toiletries, towels and standard basic amenities. I also liked the modern design of their rooms. Location is very accessible to Ximen station and ximending famous food and shopping stalls.

Building is Old. Noise easily heard from beside room and from downstairs if there are loud talking. Hotel lobby and room are fine. Staffs are friendly. Price is correct.

5-10 mins walk from Ximen/Beimen station. Many food and shopping options. May be a little hard to find at first but just walk through the claw machine shop to get to the lift. Staff was polite and helpful but maybe just a little forgetful as they only passed me my birthday cake (paid by my friend as a surprise for me but prepared by the staff) when I was about to enter the lift. I asked if there was any birthday promo/specials for this hotel and was given a small tube of SACHAJUAN shampoo and conditioner as a token. You can request for daily housekeeping by placing the card on the door knob. You can also ask them to leave the sheets unchanged if you want to protect the earth. Toiletries are sufficient (toothbrush & toothpaste, comb, shaver, cotton pad, cotton bud, dental floss, shower cap, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, slippers) and gets replenished everyday if you request for housekeeping. Decent room size with a small sitting area and coffee table. Able to put two pieces of large luggage.
