Kakitangan perkhidmatan asing hotel menghadapi pertanyaan saya kerana dia mahu mengalah kerana larangan bahasa, tetapi dia secara aktif meminta pertolongan dari rakan sekerja Taiwan. Dia sangat terharu dengan semangatnya untuk melayani dan memberikan jempol! Sarapan pagi perlu diperkasakan, harapan sedikit kecewa. Perkakasan biliknya bagus, pemandangan di luar tingkap adalah titik tambahan yang tidak dijangka, terima kasih ~ Ini adalah kali pertama saya tinggal di Humble House Aili, saya mempunyai kesan yang baik, datang dengan wabak ini, dan akan berkunjung lagi

My partner and I enjoyed a recent stay at Humble House Taipei, primarily drawn by its unbeatable location just a stone's throw from Taipei 101. This feature alone makes it a superb base for exploring the city. The room was exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable and spotless environment for our stay. However, we did wish for a bit more space to add to the comfort level. As for amenities, they were satisfactory, though the lack of known branding was noticeable. This, however, was a minor point in the context of our overall experience. In summary, if you're looking for a clean, conveniently located hotel near Taipei's most famous skyscraper, Humble House is a solid choice. The room size may be modest, but the location and cleanliness more than make up for it.

Location is good as close to all the breeze and SKM shopping mall. Staff was less friendly than my previous stay with no smile on the face at all. Conceige is the only place you find the wholehearted service.

It was quite last minute travelling to Taipei, I had no other choice to book this hotel as they offered a reasonable price in a perfect location for all my meeting appointments where W charged me 12000TWD or la meridian at 16000TWD a night. Nothing much to complain about the hardware as this is not a brand new hotel and I can be a bit more considerate on the maintenance part, I just need to report the issues and ensure I don’t have to compensate any due to the defects found after my departure. About service, it is terrible - upon check in, the trainee just recited all bookings information and terms, she didn’t care if I catch her points, this can be shown by her contemptuous eyes when I stopped her to repeat it. I am sure this can be replaced by AI nowadays to avoid any negative impact, perhaps create a hip and cool feeling indeed with a reliable technology. Don’t try to ask for alternatives or room switch, as it sounds bothering, you can see it from their poker face. Every approach to ask for direction or car arrangement, it was just a disaster. Overall, don’t expect a proper hospitality from this hotel. The front line team there needs assessment, they have no potential to bring business in and create any value to this property. Someone really needs to be recognised, I believe she is from Housekeeping team as I saw her on the floor and she showed empathy and carrying a smiling face at least. For amenities, just normal toiletries in room and don’t see any other amenities or arrangements impressed me.

All was good, but we needed to wait inconveniently in the restaurant until staff was checking and confirming that breakfast was included in our package.

Room Clean and tidy. Lots of shops around, near to MRT that makes the traffic easy.

Another awesome stay here. Rooms are comfortable, well maintained and of good size. The location of the hotel is just above major malls and restaurants, with Taipei 101 a walking distance away. The nearest metro station is also a 5 minute walk away. The hotel staff from front desk to housekeeping are all friendly, approachable and responsible. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The pool is very nice view. The room is clean and bathroom is comfortable.

The hotel is quite high class and not cheap. The location is convenient for arriving other place.

Called to the reception, concierge & housekeep fter 12am, noone answered and waiting for 10 mins until someone picked up. No food is served at all after 11pm. Ordered delivery and noone would help to send up to the room, need to go down to street level for pick up. Water pressure at the shower was weak.
