Hotel Tallinn dengan Gim

The experience was just amazing ! I was staying in hotel to celebrate birthday in Tallinn, and I was amazed of how good it is ! The room was brilliant on a higher floor! It was clean and cozy. Breakfast was good All the personnel were polite and helpful, it was easy to navigate from hotel to all city parts to have fun :) highly recommend this place to stay !

Had a wonderful 3 nights staying at this luxury hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet had so much choice, the bed was very comfortable and the room was cosy and modern with a great view. The location was very good. The spa was beautiful and a highlight of the stay. It felt truly 5 star and I would stay here again.

In terms of location, you’re unlikely to find a better place. The hotel is located right across from the entrance to Tallinn’s medieval old town. It is also conveniently connected to a shopping centre. The hotel, whilst renovated, is a little dated in keeping with its Soviet era heritage. But that itself lends character. Staff friendly and responsive. Beds very comfortable. The view from the rooftop bar is panoramic and magical at sunset. The KGB museum is worth a visit by itself and a fascinating relic of Estonia’s tragic but ultimately triumphant history. The lady guide for the KGB museum tour was great. Only downside is lack of block out curtains: which are essential in the summer months with the sun setting so late. It would also have been nice if the KGB Museum tour was included in the hotel rate, or at least if a discount was offered for guests.

Kemudahan acara di hotel ini terdiri daripada pusat persidangan dan bilik mesyuarat. Letak kenderaan sendiri (tertakluk pada bayaran) terdapat di tapak hartanah.Selesakan diri anda di salah satu daripada 185 bilik tamu yang menampilkan bar mini dan Televisyen LCD. Akses Internet berwayar dan wayarles percuma disediakan untuk membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung, sedangkan kabel disediakan untuk hiburan anda. Bilik mandi persendirian dengan tab mandi atau pancuran menampilkan kelengkapan dandanan diri percuma dan pengering rambut. Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi telefon serta peti besi dan meja.

酒店中規中矩，沒有到達四星的標準。位置不錯，離古城很近，因為沿着大街，所以晚上和早上會吵。酒店早餐還不錯。還有我們攜程定的兩晚不知道為啥價格貴了快1000。

Breakfast was satisfactory but we would appreciate some menu changes at different days. Our room view was good. Staff was efficient, supportive and friendly. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and drug stores around the hotel. Yet, some areas for their top management to consider: 1. cups and kettle may be provided for every room, and 2. the extra fee for using spa and sauna was 15 Euros per head which we think may be too high for non European travelers, and 3. Gym was charged 5 Euros per head may also be waived, just like most hotels would do in other big cities.

Dear sirs, Unfortunately arrival to this hotel on Sunday did not went as planned, we booked from you room for 2 adult + our 12 years old son however hotel gave us room without any kid bed only 2 twin bed and when asked for additional kid bed hotel told that it is not allowed for so small room so this room was not workable at all, how we could fit that room???? Luckily after long discussion of 45 min we were upgraded to deluxe room with kid bed but we were forced to pay additional charge of EUR 122,-!!!! Please advice if you can refund us same amount as it was booked correctly ?? Thanks in advacne, Brgds,Petri kalkkinen

Room okay and of a good size. The sprinkler head connection was broken, and the water was splashing allover when showering. Reception did not do the wake-up call at 4am as agreed. I would have almost missed my flight.

Construido sobre una antigua fábrica de motores para barcos, nos costó encontrar la entrada principal (no da a la calle sino a un patio interior). Las instalaciones parecían algo anticuadas y muchas necesitaban una renovación. Aun así la habitación estaba limpia equipada con lo básico y sin grandes lujos ni alardes decorativos. El colchón algo blando para mi gusto. El desayuno bufet se encuentra en una sala agradable, silenciosa y cómoda, aunque la calidad y la variedad era menor de lo que se espera de un hotel de esta categoría.
