Awesome hotel, best in Lublin! Breakfast is really delicious with local and intercontinental food. Definitely will stay there when back in Lublin. Its a great location, near city center but also has a very large parking space so no worries bout that.

Amazing experience! Personal - very nice! Breakfast- 🤩🤤 awesome. As a traveler, I will stay there next time with a pleasure! Traveled with family, 2 adults, and a child. The receptionist suggested a room with an extra bed for the child. Very polite, and pleasant hotel staff. Variety and appetizing breakfast dishes - above all praise! We are absolutely delighted with the hotel. 10/10

Третий раз в этом отеле (2010, 2014, 2023). И если предыдущие два визита оставили очень хорошее впечатление, то в этот раз слово ”кошмар” - самое мягкое определение для пребывания в этом отеле. Отель находится в состоянии то ли реконструкции, то ли ремонта, но деятельность свою не прерывает. По итогу, вы платите очень высокую цену за ночлег, по сути без удобств. В период моего пребывания в отеле не работал лифт. Такое, безусловно, может произойти. Но тогда стоит поработать над сервисом и подумать как оказать помощь постояльцам с багажом. Этого не было. Сервис в отеле ужасный. В процессе регистрации в отеле сотрудница вписала в чек паркинг, при том, что машины у меня не было и нет, и в предварительной брони был указан лишь номер. Вечером в суматохе, после долгой дороги, я не обратила на это внимание. Когда я обратилась с вопросом о возврате денег, я получила обвинения в том, что я якобы утверждала что я приехала на своей машине. Разговор был крайне неприятный. Деньги мне вернули, но извиниться сотрудница не посчитала нужным. Из чего я могу сделать вывод, что клиентов с удовольствием обманут, и будут крайне недовольны, если постояльцы решат бороться за свои права. На внимание и уважение не рассчитывайте. Номер стандарт располагался на втором этаже. Ванная комната кошмарна, душевая кабинка была наполовину разбита, туалет еле работал. Завтрак в отеле брать не советую. Стоимость завтрака - 45 злотых, в городе куда дешевле и качественнее. Если вам нужно посетить Люблин, советую избегать отель Campanile.

Loved the hotel, location, breakfast, rooms were very comfortable, we couldn't ask for anything more. Definitely I would recommend this property for anyone who is visiting Lublin, hopefully we will go back again

The hotel, in general, is really good, with big and comfortable rooms Room equipment is excellent, bathroom was good as well the restaurant served tasty breakfast, not as usual in hotels late check-in is possible parking available good wifi connection close to the highway, easy to get there support Ukrainians ) don't like - we got 2 separate beds instead 1 double as was ordered, and the mattresses were too soft - meat in steak was rare instead of medium, but other food was delicious

This hotel has 4 stars??? Joke, far-fetched 2-3 stars is max, I have been to many places with 4-star and higher standard. The price-quality ratio is a total mistake. King Casimir stood next to the King years ago, because now her caricature. It's a pity, because the potential was huge. The only aspects that deserve praise are: 1. A gentleman playing the piano in the evenings and mornings 🖤 something amazing!!! 2. Kitchen with menu: duck liver, tartare and sirloin brilliant. Broth on real broth. Waiter service is a plus. 3. Mr. Rafał masseur, I highly recommend to all physically active - prima sort classic massage, and I go regularly to various specialists because of sport 🏆 4. Parking lots. 5. Location, walk to the center several minutes. 6. Appearance from the outside, but the spell breaks as soon as you check in to the room. GENERAL IMPRESSIONS: A friend had an unpleasant experience sleeping on an extra bed on which I would not even put my dogs. She was bitten all over her body and around the eye, the rest I will keep silent... We had to fight for any redress ourselves.
