The hotel has a great location in the old town so it’s very convenient and the design around the hotel is gorgeous and the rooms have antique furnishings. Maria is extremely helpful and polite when I checked in late after 5pm. Do note that there’s no kettle in the room but a shared kitchen at level 2, sadly when I wanted to use it, the kettle might have been taken by other guests. Will be great if each room can have a kettle or if there is a main water dispenser. The toilet seat is not securely fastened so be careful. The water in the bathroom can easy splash out as it’s a curtain shower for the standing shower. Room slippers, fragrant shower, shampoo, hair conditioner and shower caps are provided.

This is a typical 3.5 star European hotel. It is in an excellent location in the middle of the Tallinn Old Town, has comfortable but typically-smallish double rooms, wonderful breakfasts, and warm ac. I would recommend it to couples. However, we would not stay here again. Even though we booked and were fully paid more than 2 months before the hotel stay, we were told on our arrival that our room had been, ”double booked”. We were dispatched to a room with smaller than single beds positioned end to end in a room that resembled a school camp facility. When I suggested that this was unsatisfactory, the front desk person stated in front of other guests, ”That's too bad”. After walking the old town and returning, the manager had placed us in a better room for one night and we then had our pre-booked room for the next three nights. Additionally, the lift does not extend to the 4th floor so it was a struggle carrying large suitcases up stairs and across other uneven floors. Finally at check out, the receptionist insisted that our original payment was rejected by ”their system” so I had to pay again. She withdrew the allegation after I showed her a stamped receipt. She then retorted, ”must have been a system error”. In my opinion, two different staff members could benefit from some serious service-industry professional development. However, other staff were very friendly and helpful; it was a very central location; and the breakfasts were delicious.

Location was great. Has parking.
Roadwork blocked off most of front entrance! So super inconvenient looking for a way to entrance, especially for those who has a car.
Front desk service is slow.

A lovely hotel, large quiet rooms, super clean. A heating control unit in the room so we could decide the temperature we preferred. Staff so friendly. Breakfast buffet catered for every country's preferences: English, Scandinavian, German, French. Also, location super central.

Прекрасное расположение в самом центре старого города! Но есть нюансы, которые стоит учитывать: старинное здание имеет только естественную вентиляцию, поэтому в комнате может быть некомфортно, и в номере был крайне, прям исключительно, маленький санузел.

TTeacher HarryThis is an up to date, modern hotel in a beautiful city. Tallinn is fairly small and quiet, but with a rich history. The staff are very congenial. The hotel is close to the airport; I walked from the airport to the hotel at about 2 AM. Very safe. A bus stop is steps from the front door.

PPengguna TetamuVery expensive for a basic hotel nearly £90 with no breakfast for 1 person. Very noisy! Was near the airport so that was the only plus only 15 min walk to the terminal. Lots more better hotels but unfortunately I was very tired and needed to sleep !
I will not be staying at this hotel again, but need must when tired.

Unfortunately arrival to this hotel on Sunday did not went as planned, we booked from you room for 2 adult + our 12 years old son however hotel gave us room
without any kid bed only 2 twin bed and when asked for additional kid bed hotel told that it is not allowed for so small room so this room was not workable at all,
how we could fit that room????
Luckily after long discussion of 45 min we were upgraded to deluxe room with kid bed but we were forced to pay additional charge of EUR 122,-!!!!
Please advice if you can refund us same amount as it was booked correctly ??

TToptraveldesignOttima posizione per visitare la città. Struttura perfetta per la famiglia anche con sala giochi per bimbi, colazione con buffet molto vario e sempre ben presentato. Piscine molto varie ma freschine. Stanza pulita con qualche piccolo dettaglio da aggiustare.

PPengguna TetamuThe Metropol Hotel is located near Old Town (most of the museums, churches and government buildings are located here). It is also near the ferry port; I would recommend visitors to Tallinn to take the two-hour ferry journey to Helsinki.
There are two distinct parts to the hotel: the Metropol Spa Hotel (a 4 star hotel with spa and swimming poo)l and the Metropol Hotel (a 3-star hotel).
The staff in the Metropol Hotel are very friendy, the rooms are spacious and one can purchase breakfast for €11. I recommend this hotel to visitors

GGo-RavI recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The location is fantastic, being close to the old town, major tourist attractions, and a variety of restaurants. The highlight of the hotel is the Sky Lounge on the 26th floor, which offers stunning 360-degree views of the city. I highly recommend visiting at sunset and for night views – it’s incredible.
The hotel also features a bar and a restaurant on the ground floor, and I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and the coffee and tea selection in the rooms. Hotel rooms are comfortable. Additionally, there's a small area near the reception where you can get free water, snacks, and fruits, which is a nice gesture not commonly found in other hotels. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they offer a free luggage room.
The staff was really helpful throughout my stay. However, the room service was disappointing; the cleaner didn’t spend enough time cleaning the room or bathroom properly. On a positive note, we tried the spa, which is excellent. If you buy a coupon at the hotel reception, it costs €10, compared to €25 at the spa counter. The spa features a nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel and would recommend it.

DDaviesRobertI’ve stayed in a few budget hotels over the last two years and this is up there with the best . Old town tallin was a ten minute walk , ferry terminal forty minutes walk and the coach station forty minutes walk . The room was spotlessly clean and the shower worked perfectly . The check in is in the adjacent hotel so no bother . I would like to come back to tallin and this would be my first choice hotel . The room I was in was nice and spacious. A glowing report from me and thank you city hotel

NnidriksVilla Kadriorg is a budget friendly hostel/hotel that is on a direct bus route to the old town. If not for major upgrade works to the tram network then I believe it would also be on the tram line.
I found my room comfy enough, if a little warm. It was a very warm few days in Tallinn though. Sadly, my room was right above a bar playing music until past 10pm. If you needed an early night to catch transport then that might be a problem.
There's free WiFi and a small shared kitchen. The shared showers were a little grubby, but I suspect that is to be expected. There was also a bit of noise from some of the younger guests after 10.
Sounds like I had a miserable stay but that is not so. Just be aware that the price will attract youngsters.
I'd say that Villa Kadriorg is good value for money and a fine place to rest a weary head after a long day walking around beautiful Tallinn.
