Hotel at good location, not far from old city and downtown. Hotel facilities are at good quality. Selection of food at breakfast is very nice and covers different taste. Highly recommend

Just one night stay but satisfied overall

Wij hebben hier helaas niet kunnen overnachten. In juni al betaald en gereserveerd en dan bij aankomst doodleuk vertellen dat je niet meer in het systeem staat vanwege overboeking. We waren met z’n zessen en hadden per stel apart geboekt. Slechts één stel kon terecht en de anderen kregen een gelijkwaardig hotel aangeboden. Onbegrijpelijk dat ze ons hier niet eerder van op de hoogte hebben gesteld. Uiteindelijk trokken we aan het kortste eind en zijn we gezamenlijk in een andere hotel ingecheckt. Niet echt een warme ontvangst. Ik dien hierbij ook een formele klacht in bij jullie hoe dit heeft kunnen gebeuren. Het hotel is onlangs overgenomen door een andere organisatie, maar dat is nog geen reden om zo met je klanten om te gaan. Ze hadden ons hier vooraf al van op de hoogte moeten brengen en niet bij aankomst. Dan hadden we zelf nog een andere keuze kunnen maken. Dit voelde niet goed.

Mukava ja siisti hotelli. Huoneet oli todella kivat ja aamupala hyvä. Spa alue oli pieni, mutta kiva.

Had high expectations having previously stayed at a Mövenpick in Bangkok. It lived up to my expectations. Smooth check in, massive room, really modern, bathrobes and slippers included. The spa was clean and nice to have to relax after a day out exploring Tallinn. Breakfast was high quality with a large selection of food. The chocolate hour was a really nice touch that makes this hotel standout. Two negatives: 1) the pillows on the bed are too soft for my liking. There’s not enough stuffing in them. 2) I ordered a fried egg and an omelette at breakfast. The fried egg was still a bit raw and the omelette was also a bit raw. The ham, cheese and onion inside hasn’t been cooked at all.

Super clean and beautiful hotel. Loved the gold details in the room. Spa was so nice that we stayed there for 2 hours. It was really peaceful and the floors were cleaned many times during our spa visit so it stayed nice and clean all the time!

Very slow check in (20min) with only 3 couples before us. All other things great. Location is good. If you like quiet rooms this is your place. You don’t hear the street , other guests and no sound from corridor. Great breakfast and spa that is included in price. We will come back. 👍

The hotel has potential, but it’s biggest problem is the terrible customer experience of the reception, when checking in. We have given this place now 4-5 changes to change that impression, but now improvement. When you arrive to the hotel there is reception with two desks for two receptionists and long queue customers waiting to be served. There is usually one receptionists working with obviously very old system that has no customer recognition or intelligence. All data is manually added and each time from the scratch. There is usually also another receptionists sitting by the counter doing totally something else than helping with the customer queue. Few weeks ago on Friday evening this unfriendly person was counting coins while check-in queu of over 10 couples took over 45 minutes. Totally unacceptable. Overall the customer experience is unknown here, and you cannot get a friendly smile anywhere. Hotel rooms are ok, but the bed is quite hard. The spa is small, but ok Breakfast has been good and the lobby bar is actually the most friendliest place of the whole hotel. Parking is 30 euro / night if you are lucky to get a spot and then get the reception to bother to open the gate for you. Location of the hotel is bit far from everything, but it’s quiet.

Lovely suite and a very tasty breakfast. Beds and sofa bed very comfy. Top hotel. Would stay again.

I was disappointed with the spa, the saunas didn't open until 3pm and there were no deck chairs to relax in. The staff was unfriendly and didn't provide me with useful information like breakfast time or spa.
