A good place for a night or two any longer and I would find another hotel to stay at.

Well I didn't look up the reviews on this location but man it was kinda nice looking outside from the outside then my husband was like this place is probably bad so that I started looking up the reviews not to mention that there was an open window so then I start looking up the reviews and seen that it was very dirty and a lot of bugs and everything so I went in and checked in my husband stayed for a little bit I was at work when I get off of work I went in checked-in and mediately I saw termites Termites were everywhere this place need to be closed down thank you that is it

Room #323 - The bathroom was terrible. The exhaust fan did not work, the drain plug was broken off, when you turned on the water you had a shower whether the diverter was up or down, the door wouldn't shut, and the toilet was not anchored to the floor. Apparently, the floor had not been cleaned. I put on a pair of black socks and walked over to my suitcase to get my shoes, walked back over to the bed to put them on and the bottom of my socks were white. The beds and couch were nice. Lighting was good. Did not use the TV.

Do NOT recommend. Room was very small, approximately 10’ x 10’ & was in a state of disrepair. Floor tiles were popping up & tub enclosure looked modified like it was covering some issue- mold? Plumbing? Looked like something you would rent by the hour, certainly not a $200 value.

The room need some upgrades. The toilet seat was almost falling off. The hairdryer was not working. The room I reserved for my son’s family said it was a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke. The breakfast was good.

Customer service wasn't great. I'm still waiting for my receipt front the front desk. After they charged me a hundred dollars to check in after I already payed in advance. I still haven't received a refund for that amount.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. We leave immediately to another hotel. They would not even refund our $. No hot water, smells like piss and rotten fescis. Do not reccomend.

Hotel was badly in need of renovation, lots of minor damage all over, hard to tell what was stains vs bad cleaning. One chip, tear or stain o can overlook, but everything seemed poorly maintained

The room had a fair amount of dirt on the floor and the bathroom shower was in terrible shape. No chairs in the room to sit.

The property is much older than it looks in the photos. It could def use some updating. The beds were much harder than we're used to, it needs some room darkening shades or curtains, and the pool was dirty. The room was pretty clean though and the air conditioner worked very well. It cooled the room down quickly, which is very important to us. The location was very convenient to both Raymond James Stadium as well as George Steinbrenner Field.

The property is unkempt and the attitude of service staff is ; take it or leave it; the only plus point to the place is close to the venueRsymond James stadium; I reserved a suite for 5 people and it was downgraded to 2 double for 4 people. We requested for a cot but overall declined it because it was very dirty; the whole place is poorly maintained;; you can hear everything to next room; no microwave oven nor phone ( to at least contact front desk or emergency)
