Payed for surf guide service and got stucked in Anza por 4 straight days (out of a 7 day reservation). The instructor told us that during summer time the only beach that works is Anza. So..I’m wondering, if they know they can’t provide the surf guiding service during summer because everything is flat, why are they still offering it? Be my guest and think whatever you want. On our third day, we got pulled by the police because they fitted 4 people in the back of the car. Also, a special authorization is needed to transport tourist by car in Morocco, which they don’t have….obviously (this was explained to us by an employee). On the fourth day we also got pulled because of the authorization, got a ticket and got blaimed by the owner because we where our way to at least see the flat spots where we where supposed to be surfing (this was previously suggested by the instructor). When asked the owners why we got pulled over so many times (in 5 days we have not seen any other surf camp got pulled over), we got no response other than some rude whatsapps which includes phrases and threats as “watch your mouth and stay polite”, also got invited to leave (but with no refund). The hosts weren’t in the camp the whole time we were here (5days) and the first 2 days there was no staff pass dinner time. Things advertised on the website as included in our surf guiding pack such as video analysis, wave theory, bbq, didn’t happened. When asked, the answer was “they are extra” (as from today they’re still advertise as included on the site, the only service that seems to be optional is yoga, I’m attaching the screenshots). The excuse given was “there have been changes and the site is not up to date”. We think the reason why we where stuck on the same beach everyday wasn’t because “of the waves”. Other beaches near to Anza such as 11 and 12 we’re working even better (as the instructor said to us). They only have 1 car (no authorization) that fits 5 people and 2 seats are reserved for staff. For the hosts isn’t rentable, because they need to transfer beginners to a beach and then using the same car to go to another place not so far away with intermediates. So, you’re paying +100€ p/p to be moving between beaches but you are going be stuck with people that are paying less money than you are for the same service. If that wasn’t enough, on Tuesday (two days before departure) we were seing some strange movements in the house, furniture was been taken away (beds, tables, sofas). No one said a word to us, neither the staff or neither the owners. We where told by other guests that the place was shutting down and that we must leave the property on Thursday before 8am. On Wednesday we were leaving for the Souk and at 10.30am an employee told us to remove our stuff from the room because they wanted to take out the beds, mattresses and the rest of the furniture. We had to rush, pack our belongings and leave the property with no other place to go. We wrote to the owners but t
