Ulasan The Bayview Hotel Guam

Overall stay at the Guam Bayview Hotel was pleasant for my family of four including two boys. Having an outdoor pool was the best part about the hotel for my children. I would rate the hotel higher but the sound barriers are poorly constructed. I am little noise conscious. Thank you Trip.com for assisting with the airline ticket and room reservation, which made my trip much easier.

Hada great stay in this hotel. It is walking distance to the mall area, and ABC. Rooms are big. It offers nice view of the sunset and the beach area.

I’ve stayed here several times already. This time around was great as well as they accommodated my request for a high floor. There are some gripes with our room though. There was a nasty sticky red residue on the floor between our twin beds under the security safe tabletop overlooked by too service. Also our AC for our room was freezing and the room was hot. The TV remote was also dead. I tried calling reception via the room phone but could not reach. I had to call via my cell phone to reach them. They were able to have a tech come in and change the batteries. I also informed him at the time of the AC. He restarted the AC but to no avail after some time. They were able to relocate us to a room a few doors down. The new room was much better and up to expectations of what I’ve had the past few visits. This time however, we did not get the usual free 2 bottles of water in either room. Not sure if it is no longer included but something to think about on the next visit. Upon check out, one staff at the reception tried to charge me once more when I had already paid via Trip.com. She was also asking me why rent fee was cheaper than normal and I had to inform her about the trip.com reward discounts I had used. She was corrected by another staff and I was good to go after they refunded my security deposit. Overall, another pleasant experience but not without some gripes here and there. The pricing for the room and the service from staff and tech was very well worth it. Will definitely stay again. Hopefully a better experience next time.

房間風景優美，價格適中，但服務效率仍需加強：到下午三點的辦理入住時間前台告知房間仍未準備完畢，等了許久才拿到房卡；入住期間負責房間清潔的工作人員晚上六點多才敲門詢問是否打掃，客人大多都回房準備休息了。早餐品種單一，肉類多為罐頭食品。

視野很好，雖非緊靠海邊，但也足夠近。

酒店在半坡上，屬於二線海景房，早餐品種不多但能吃飽、住在二樓的4人房能看到小部分海，房間寬敞明亮，陽台、衞生間面積也算大，就是洗澡的地板沒有擋水條導致洗澡水會噴到洗臉池下的地板，這點不太完美。停車場有室內外很多位置，建議租車方便出行。

スタッフの方々はすごく感じがよいです。部屋も広く、きれいでした。テレビはYouTubeなども見れてWi-Fiも安定していました。 廊下は外になっていてマンションみたいです。laundryもあり支払いはクレジットカードで支払います。洗剤は自動的に入るので買う必要はありません。氷と水のマシーンがあります。空のボトルを持って行けば水は無料で飲めました。ただ大通りに面してるので車の音がうるさかったり、裏側が森？茂み？になっているので蚊や蜂やいろんな虫がいました。プールはちょっと小さい感じですがジャグジーもありました。５時からバーが開くのでそれまではプールサイドやバーフロアにはスタッフなど誰もいません。 ハウスキーピングは夕方に皆さん帰ってしまうのでその前に頼んだ方がいいです。ベランダは隣の部屋との空間みたいなのがあるので話し声やタバコの煙などたまにしました。1番の問題がホテルの坂でした。ビーチに行くにも坂を3つ登らないといけないです。近くにレストラン、ABCがあります。ホテル内にもコンビニみたいな小さいショップがありますが品揃えはよくないです。

디른호텔에 비해 가격도 저렴하고 위치도 괜찮아요 괌은 오래돼서 시설이 노후된 호텔이 많기 때문에 가격에 비해 호텔 퀄리티가 떨어진다고 생각해서 굳이 비싼 호텔에 머물로 싶지 않았는데 딱 알맞는 가격에 시설도 나쁘지않았고 풀장이 조금 작긴 하지만 전망이 좋아 만족했습니다 물론 쇼핑 중심가에서 조금 떨어져 았지만 도보로 충분히 다닐 수 있는 거리입니다 3분거리에 ABC스토어도 있고 투몬비치도 가까워요 숙박하는 동안 바퀴벌레가 한번 나오거 빼고 나머지는 모두 완벽했어요

飯店就在杜夢灣附近，有游泳池、sky bar、餐廳等等，但可惜這幾天比較沒使用到飯店設施！ 前台的服務很親切，詢問了哪裡購買精品、以及有協助聯絡航空公司。 要去海邊的話建議從Westin酒店進去！

호텔 컨디션이 어떨지 걱정했었는데 방도 넓고 화장실도 깔끔해서 너무 좋았어요! 호텔 직원 분들 친절함에 놀랐습니다. 덕분에 좋은 추억 만들고 왔어요 : )
