Hari pertama penginapan menghadapi air bocor dari bumbung. Tandas dalam keadaan yang teruk. Minta bilik baru keesokan harinya, memandangkan keadaan bilik yang lebih baik. Untuk pelawat solo, saya rasa ok kerana harga yang saya bayar untuk bilik itu murah. Gerai makan berdekatan.

#positif #Saya gembira dengan Kedai Berhampiran,Kemudahan Pengangkutan;#negatif #Saya kecewa dengan Saiz Bilik;Kelebihannya ialah lokasi (dalam bandar, berhampiran stesen bas) dan harga (harga Ctrip lebih rendah daripada harga pasaran). Terdapat kipas di dalam bilik tetapi ia tidak diperlukan. Anda mendapat apa yang anda bayar, biliknya sangat kecil dan tiada lif di tingkat tiga.

I made a booking for my friends to stay via Agoda, but the rooms had no locks, grey-colored and smelly pillowcases, stained bedsheets, smelled like an ashtray and smelled strongly of cigarette, and a dusty floor. Additionally, it seemed that the hotel staff did not clean the room after the previous guests had left, and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The list of issues goes on. My friend called, and told me about, and I called the hotel. When I called the hotel reception on March 13th, 2023, 10pm, before I could say anything, the receptionist was already angry because the guests who had checked-in had complained that the room was dirty and smelled cigarette. The receptionist scolded me loudly and told me to check-out immediately and not to come back. I was asked to get a refund from Agoda. We were chased out of the hotel, so I asked my friends to check out. However, the hotel refused to refund our money, and Agoda also said that the property refused to give a refund. My friend, who was staying at the hotel, informed me that the receptionist was drunk, from Bangladesh, and was drinking in the hotel lobby. The receptionist even scolded me over the phone loudly and asked us to check out immediately. This is tantamount to robbery or bullying. We were forced to book another hotel, and although the hotel promised to refund us over the phone, they are now refusing to do so. I strongly advise against booking this hotel, and I cannot recommend trusting Agoda either. Agoda is not protecting their guests, and it's unacceptable that my friends were subjected to such a dirty and dangerous environment. The receptionist was shouting and made violent statements when he was drunk, which is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, during the phone call, I didn't even have a chance to mention the state of the rooms as the receptionist had already started shouting at me.
