Staff, Service, breakfast, location, cozy room, comfy bed, nice shower, YOU NAME IT !! Everything thing was fantastic about this hotel, Located between the old Medina and the new town, with a view on the sea... the guys in the reception were so kind and helpful, the room service women were very nice and did a very good job, the waiter in the restaurant was fantastic the whole team are working for the satisfaction of the clients and they earned it! Will definitely come back...

Una estancia muy agradable. Las habitaciones muy confortable por lo menos la que me han dado . Sin ruidos en la noche. He de destacar la amabilidad de recepción porsupuesto del sr.munir muy atento con los clientes. Nos recomendó el restaurante rachir y quedamos muy contentos y muy agradecidos. Volveremos y lo recomiendo.

Das Hotel könnte kaum zentraler in der Medina von Tanger liegen. Es ist im traditionellen Riad-Stil gebaut mit typischem Innenhof mit Springbrunnen und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Betreiber*innen sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn es Fragen gibt oder etwas nicht passt. Das Frühstück ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Die Lage mitten in der Medina muss man mögen: Es ist sehr lebendig dort, man hat zu allem kurze Wege und ist mitten im Geschehen, das kaum Ruhezeiten kennt. Evtl. gibt es Zimmer die ”nach hinten `raus gehen” und auf die die Merkmale der zentralen Medina-Lage weniger zutreffen. Das müsste bei Bedarf vor der Buchung erfragt werden. Alles in allem würden wir aber ohne zu zögern wieder ins Palace gehen.

Tout est à proximité , commerces , cafés, restaurants ...La fameuse place du grand Sokko est à 200 m à côté de la médina , il n'y a qu'une rue à descendre...les plages sont à 15mn .Bienvenus !De nombreux taxis très bon marché passent au pied de l'appartement et les lieux intéressants sont accessibles à pied.La casbah est très sympa , elle donne accès au musée, à la médina . This hotel was a real problem from the start. The booking was made mistakenly while holidaying in Morocco thinking it was Ibis Tangier central location. My sister and I tried to rectify the problem on many occasions before our check in but it was just mission impossible to cancel our booking. We tried on the premises as a last attempt once we realised how FILTHY and SMELLY the whole place is. The cancellation page come as ”error” every single time even if the information required are: name + reservation number. At 4 o'clock in the morning and having been fast asleep; my sister and I were suddenly awoken by the smashing noise of our door lock closing. I run to the door and opened it to see the back of a tall guy wearing black clothing (We have no idea how long he was inside). He turned back towards me, giving me a dark look as if I was the intruder than continues nonchalantly towards the elevator as absolutely nothing has happened. The first floor corridor was well lit and there was no one else on that long and grabby corridor but him. He did not seem to be checking on any other adjacent rooms. It was too obvious that we were somehow a target as he came straight to our room and went away again. No one else complained about a similar incident in the morning. Astonishingly in this country, not only you give your Passport or Id details to the hotel secured in the booking system with a password...etc But it seems there is an undisclosed GRABBY BOOKLET where they too keep your details in it. And who has access to it ?! Needless to say that my sister and I were both shaky. THERE IS NO HOTEL PHONE IN THE ROOM TO CALL RECEPTION AND ASK FOR HELP. THERE IS NO SECURITY CHAIN OR BOLT INSIDE THE DOOR. Make no mistakes, intruders UNSCUPULOUSLY in this hotel can access your room as they had a spare electronic card to every room. We could not go back to sleep and had all sorts of scenarios unfolding in front of us until the sunrise. In the morning and to our great horror we were told that NOT ONLY reception desk is closed at 11 pm (so even if we cried for help NO ONE WAS there) but ALSO the only person present last night on the premises was the SECURITY GUY. After identifying him, we could not believe that the violator of female guests privacy while fast asleep and possibly intent to some sort of harm was the very one in charge of guests security!!!!
