Ulasan City Suites Taoyuan Station

Menginap di sini kerana penerbangan kami mendarat pada lewat malam, tidak sesuai untuk pergi ke destinasi seterusnya. Sangat sesuai untuk persinggahan, sangat tertutup dengan stesen kereta api Taoyuan. Bilik saya tidak mempunyai sebarang tingkap. Ingat untuk melalui lorong yang mempunyai banyak gerai makan kemudian cari lobi lif.

The room was abit smaller than expected, due to the location the hotel was full. Went there to check in at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready. Only got the keys at 5plus and I’ve booked the room with windows but they gave me the one without. Since it was just one night stay, didn’t want to change anymore as I was tired from my flight. In the evening while I was having my dinner in the room, the table lamp just busted in front of me and the glass almost went to my face! Was quite disappointed with the stay here. But location was great!

The room is clean and nice. Good reasonable price near in shopping areas.

Everything was good except the sound proof is still not good as I can hear people talking outside the room. And the lift to the hotel is very smelly with cigarette smell. If not the rest are good, location was really good, nearby a lot of food

Location was great just informs of tolin plaza. But when u stay for first day hotel has no water to use for half day.

Fast check in, with friendly staff, cleaning room as usual. Bath room with tube, very nice

Although the hotel is clean and the location is very convenient, the small lane before the hotel entrance is quite.

Finding the entrance to this hotel was a challenge as the hotel signage was not visible and the small narrow path leading to the lift is not pleasant. The Customer Support Level to email enquiries needs improvements as the replies to 2 of my email does not provide or answer to my enquiry specifically. Other than that, the location, cleanliness and room are all good.

Location is near from Tonlin Mall and Station, instead the access to the lift have to walk from the road. It will be great for more signage. Clean and good place. I booked 1 room with 2 bedwith my family. Pleasant time to chit chat rather than booking 2 rooms.

A recommended place to stay. Price and location is very good also

All good except the entrance is bit hard to find as well as look bit dodgy downstairs in the ally.

Clean room, good location, easy to source food nearby. Good stayover to airport / HSR on the next day.
