The hotel was nicely located on a central location with different transportation options. There are several restaurants in near proximity. Several supermarkets and bakeries which allow you to start your day with delicious pastries.
The staff were nice and helpful. Rooms are big enough not to feel trapped in for the people who wanted to spend more indoor time.
In short, I would like to book this place again when I’m back to Barcelona and can peacefully recommend to my friends.

Forgot my passport in the room after check out. The staff were very helpful and when I called they had it safe in reception for me.
Nice area and comfortable room.

This is the worst hotel
Is this a 4 star hotel?
I don't even know what part of it made me feel like I had stayed in a 4-star hotel for 5 nights. When I arrived and was assigned a room, the shampoo and shower gel bottles were empty, and the shower drain, which had never been used, did not drain well.
The next day, I went sightseeing and when I returned to my room, the housekeeping staff had stolen the food from my room. Do you think this makes sense? What on earth are they thinking, and with what professionalism do they carelessly touch their customers’ food? This person is also an employee of a 4-star hotel. Think with common sense.
The employee did something that was ethically unacceptable.
And while staying here for 5 nights, the housekeeping staff left the staff key, which was used as a master key, in my room twice. I think it would be good to be more focused and meticulous when working.
I've been to many hotels in Europe, but this was the first time in my life that my room door couldn't be opened because my phone was near the key. We never put our phones in our bags and always hung them on a string like a necklace. If it was because of the battery, I got a spare room key and asked my companion to put another key in the bag. There were no cell phones or batteries in the group's bags. But the door didn't open that day, so I had to go to the reception again. On the 12th, the first day the door didn't open, when I first said the door wouldn't open, one of the female employees showed an arrogant expression and attitude as if she was ignoring me, which really broke my heart. And on the morning of check-out, a staff member came into my room without knocking. This is truly absurd.
The reception staff should be ashamed of themselves for being rude and arrogant to the end and not even offering a proper apology. In the 5 days I stayed here, this was the first time I experienced something so unpleasant and annoying in a hotel. Overall, the staff at this hotel need to rethink their service mindset to match that of a 4-star hotel. The only thing I regret coming to Barcelona is staying here.
I didn't feel it was worth a second visit at all.
This hotel gave me the worst experience.
There will never be a second visit.

Great experience in this hotel, located near major tourist spots in Barcelona, good access to public transport, lots of cafes and nearby restaurant s, and famous brands such as Zara,... 😂super friendly and hospitable staff, they have booked tickets for sightseeings and gave me thorough information about how to get to those places👍👍, the room was big, spacious and clean, with lots of large mirrors and a electronic safe in the closet, 👍👍breakfast was amazing, including a wide range of hot, cooked Spanish dishes, olives, fruits and yummy cheeses 😋😋😋
Only problem I faced was the ceiling started leaking, and the staff immediately offered me another room 👍👍
I'm highly recommending this place

El restaurante que no es del hotel pero está en él no vale nada la pena, es carísimo y la calidad de la comida no está a la altura.
En cuanto al hotel, un 10/10, el servicio super atento, todo impecable, teníamos unas vistas desde la habitación increíbles.
