Stayed: 3–5 January 2026 The room was clean and comfortable for three persons. The hotel enjoys an excellent location next to Osaki Station, with direct access to Life Supermarket, a drugstore, Daiso, and various eateries, making it very convenient for travellers. Breakfast was good overall. There was a moment of slight confusion when I was politely reminded regarding mobile phone use while speaking softly, whereas nearby guests speaking louder were not reminded. Overall, it is a comfortable hotel with a prime and convenient location.

The hotel is practically right next to JR Osaki Station's exhibition hall, just a few minutes' walk away, making transportation incredibly convenient. You can directly reach Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Akihabara. I checked in on December 30th, right during the Japanese New Year holiday, so the room rate was exceptionally high, nearly 2000. I saw the weekday prices, and they offer great value for money. The hotel breakfast was good; I initially thought it was a set meal when I booked through [OTA name, e.g., Trip.com], but it turned out to be a buffet.

Located just outside Osaki station with a few train lines, the primaryYamanote line serves most tourist well as it plies key tourist locations such as shibuya and shinjuku. Lawsons is about 50 steps away from the hotel entrance. There's also a mall, New Ohsaki city, there's supermarket and many food options across different price range.

The environment is elegant and it's very quiet at night. It would be the perfect choice for cherry blossom viewing during the sakura season. The room is also quite spacious, transportation is super convenient, and breakfast is decent.

The location is truly excellent. You can exit the hotel on the 3rd floor directly into Osaki Station and a Lawson convenience store. Osaki Station isn't a major hub, but it offers direct access to Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Kamakura. You can also get to Haneda Airport within half an hour with just one transfer. On one side of the first floor is the Meguro River, which currently has Christmas illuminations, and on the other side is an internal shopping mall with a Life supermarket, Daiso, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, and about a dozen restaurants. The room size is considerably smaller compared to Kansai hotels. It's fine for two people, but with an extra bed, it's quite difficult to open suitcases. I only managed to book a smoking floor, so there was a bit of an odor.

Hotel has excellent location which we liked, very near the subway station. There are restaurants, supermarket and shops around the hotel. A little refurbishing will help improve its' ratings though. Generally it's a great place to stay while in Tokyo!

The location is fantastic, just a one-minute walk from Osaki Station. There are many restaurants in the mall downstairs, enough to try a different one every day for a week without repeating. The only downside is that the rooms aren't soundproof; you can hear conversations in the hallway very clearly.

This hotel is a bit older, and the rooms are more spacious, located near Osaki Station. Downstairs, there's a Life supermarket that closes at 11 PM, and a drugstore. Nearby, you'll find Osaki New City with restaurants like Burger King, coffee shops, Yoshinoya, and Japanese izakayas. Inside Osaki Station, there are even more dining options like ramen, curry rice, and soba. The hotel's buffet breakfast, which you can get with a voucher from the hotel, costs 1700 yen per person and offers both Japanese and Western options – it's quite substantial. There's also a small river next to the hotel, so you might catch cherry blossoms during the season.

Very good location that the train station is just below the hotel, there is a mall just next to the hotel, which you can see where the burger king is. There is a small supermarket which closes around 11pm and you can get cheaper items compared to Lawson or 7eleven.

The location is super convenient; it's a quick walk from the subway exit straight to the 3rd-floor front desk, so no worries about rainy days. There's a convenience store right at the entrance, which is handy for late-night purchases. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket on the first floor for groceries.

The room was clean and the environment was great. It's super, super, super close to the subway station, and the surrounding area has convenient amenities. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance, haha.

The hotel's location is super convenient for getting to Shibuya, Disneyland, and catching the Shinkansen from Shinagawa to Shin-Osaka. Plus, there's a Lawson right downstairs, which was great for grabbing snacks every day. The hotel itself is pretty standard, a bit old, and the rooms are small – with three single beds, there's barely any space left. But its prime location definitely makes up for it.

Perfect location within 5min from Osaki station. Convenient store just next to the hotel. Also next to small shopping mall with few restaurants. The hotel charged 1000yen per luggage for keeping your luggage there which was not refunderable.
