Great loation for family trip and adjusting jet lag. Convenient located close to the water park and Kid's playground. Self-help laundry is convenient and family friendly. Like the water dispenser on each floor, very environment friendly.

前台服務員有禮，有問必答。 我預訂是snoopy房間，但房內床單被套梳化都不是snoopy，真令人失望，我們是為著snoopy才來這飯店住一晚，價錢本來已經不平宜有點不值。除了一塊大玻璃有snoopy其他設備都沒有snoopy都不明這是甚麼snoopy房。 3樓snoopy商店很美麗，但貨品價格有點稍為高了一點，打卡點多，扭蛋機有點不好，應該全是扭出snoopy才對，有些會扭出其他不是snoopy公仔的，令人有點失望。 早餐味道不錯，款式就少了一點，荷包蛋煮好放在保溫箱一點也不好味，要即煮即食才好味。

This was a great hotel to stay at before my flight the next morning! First, it is right on the express MRT line, so it’s less than 30 minutes to the airport with frequent trains coming by. Second, it’s connected to the MRT station and the Global shopping mall, so you don’t even need to go outside. You can just exit the station directly into the mall, and the door to the hotel is right there, 1 minute from the station! And then, you can find restaurants in the mall, so it’s convenient. The hotel breakfast is amazing with so many choices of different foods and good coffee. The room was very comfortable, quiet, non-smoking, clean, and spacious. This is simply a great hotel, and I highly recommend it!

每一位員工都非常的親切而且又有禮貌耶，不管是在櫃台服務的小管家、遊樂設施的小幫手、整理露營車子的人員、還有提供餐點的服務人員，每一個人都很願意為我們解決任何問題，這裡每一餐的餐點都很豐盛，我們吃的很飽。另外這裡還可以體驗VR高爾夫跟迷你高爾夫，可惜這次沒有預留時間所以沒有使用到KTV，不過我們有加入COSMOS的會員，裡面有很多的優惠，跟可愛的紀念品可以購買，對了，晚上天氣好的話，戶外會有露天的電影院，在星空下看著電影，邊吃這裡提供的免費烤棉花糖超享受啦! 總之推推!

南方莊園佔地寬廣，停車相當便利。進入大廳乾淨明亮，寬敞舒適，櫃檯人員態度服務親切，另有商店服務區，規劃相當棒！房間乾淨舒適。 早餐位於二樓莊園餐廳，用餐時間平日為07：00~10：00，假日07：00~10：30止。早餐供應方式為自助式吃到飽，以中西式為主，品項豐富多樣，包括現煎蘿蔔糕、蛋餅、荷包蛋、擔仔麵等等。 下午茶時段位於一樓一起吧，視野寬闊，大地草皮一覽無遺，營業時間為14：30至17：00，吃完飯走走草皮，非常舒服，在緊張的壓力下，可以來放鬆的好選擇。 餐廳服務人員親切細心，收餐盤迅速，整體上一天行程下來感覺非常舒服。 整體上無論餐飲或是設施CP值很高，值得推薦介紹給大家來體驗。

My quarantine stay at Monarch was excellent. Since I was a frequent traveler and had stayed there a few times before, they upgraded me to an executive room for my 8-night stay. I truly enjoyed the many big windows, the great view, and the renovated room with the spacious bathroom. My room number was 1206 and I strongly recommend it. Effective 8/6/22, Monarch changed back to a regular hotel with no options for quarantine stays. My husband and I stayed here in Mid-August for 2 nights with free breakfast delivered to the room. We stayed in room 1402, which was a corner renovated room and not bad, but not nearly as spacious as the previous room. Both rooms had views facing the scenic park and that helped make our stays very satisfying.
