The Navruz Hotel is in a great location on a side street but close to metro and a few restaurants (can recommend Siesta restaurant!). Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need including kettle, fridge, bottled water, blackout curtains, toiletries, hairdryer. Beds are large and comfortable with lovely bed linen. Bathroom of the room we stayed in was small with shower cubicle only, no bath, but was clean and modern with good water pressure. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a hard day's sightseeing and I particularly enjoyed having a cappuccino or two at breakfast. The young male receptionist (sorry I didn't get his name but he seemed to work 24/7) spoke excellent English and was helpful and efficient.

Durdana is a very helpful lady, she made sure that I’m very comfortable. She also gave me advices about where to go and what to eat. The hotel is clean and very comfortable and noise free. They have a decent breakfast and the employees are all looking forward making the customers comfortable too.

The receptionists left a lasting impression on us. Despite facing language barriers or challenges in communication, they handled it with grace and professionalism, ensuring that we received the services we needed without any hitch. the prices were more than reasonable, making it a win-win situation for us as customers. We left feeling satisfied and content with the excellent value we received for our money. Additionally, the location is conveniently accessible. Finding it was a breeze, and it spared us the stress of getting lost in an unfamiliar area. Moreover, the added convenience of a nearby convenient store proved to be a cherry on top, making it easy for us to grab any necessities we required during our visit.

Номера уютные, персонал вежливый, расположение можно считать как центр города, большой телевизор (не включала вообще поэтому сколько каналов есть не знаю), кровать двуспальная, удобная, есть уголок кухни со всей основной посудой, микроволновка, холодильник, сейф имеются. Завтрак приносят в номер (по крайней мере сейчас, иногда с опозданием). Заполняете вечером или ночью анкету на завтрак, указываете время (с 7 до 10 вроде можно). Персонал добрый, вежливый, в основном говорят на русском, за исключением некоторых хаускиперов. Ночью сну ничего не мешает, рядом нет шумных заведений. Есть контролируемый кондер, для жары Ташкента самое то. В душе можете включить музыку, убираются в номерах каждый день, постельное белье и полотенца вроде меняют 5-7 дней 1 раз, но думаю что если попросить они не откажут. Я просила и просьбу выполнили сразу.
