The hotel is very nice and modern, but it stumbled in a few areas. In our bedroom there were some shortfalls like: The toilet didn't flush properly. The power point for the kettle didn't work. One of the chairs was almost broken. There is obviously a breakdown in communication.

How much check in was done by Feruza with a little help of what seems to be her superior. Though it took a while before somebody came to collect our luggage checkin procedure was really welcoming. Cold towels, welcome drinks, while getting the administration soughted out. After we settled in the room, we went to the lounge, given access to due to the fact that we reserved a suite (room 1405). Sharif (or charif?) was there to welcome us and made sure our needs were met. Breakfast is a feast. Suite was spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in Ember located on the 17th floor of the hotel serving great Japanese food. See our separate review for our findings over there. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that they do not have a souvenir shop so that you can buy a quick present for your loved ones. This venue just opened last March and is great to see how much effort staff is putting in to give you a wonderful state.

It was four fantastic days at the Hilton Tashkent city in the middle of the silk road mixed very carefully between the traditional hospitality of Silk Road in the modern Hotel very warm welcome team the breakfast choice was incredible I would never try all of it in one week very fresh delicious food bit slow service but great experience the room and the view I stayed in my room half day very relaxing watching the park and the mixture of the city history very clean room you can have all the time the fresh free fruit at the lobby then they add candy on big round table I really Enjoyed my stay reception team so nice. Thanks to the GM as well

I express my gratitude to the hotel staff. They are such laborers - all day long something is cleaned, washed.. So nice to return to clean rooms. Hotel administrators are very polite - it is always nice to contact them for any request. I especially liked the way Bekhzod works, he showed me the hotel and sold me a lot of services. We stayed here 3 separate times in 15 days. The staff throughout were helpful, personable, and always had a smile. There was an exchange machine (Som to dollars and vice versa), and an ATM. The location was good for us; close to the market, shops and several restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was very good but a bit expensive. As others have said, breakfast was second to none! There was everything you could wish for, including freshly cooked eggs. All in all, we enjoyed our stays here very much.

Great hotel bit not for noise sensitives. Clean, nice design adequate variety in the breakfastbut but with some great disadvantages: 1. Ventilators of the bathroom do not close (!!) So there is a constant noise in the room - technical dept said they cannot fix it it is the same in every room- 2. There is a loght in the room that switch on bu movement obviously to lead you in the bathroom during the night BUT it wakes up the other guest!!! Дата поездки 01.05.-09.05.2023. В связи с поздним прилётом заселение в отель было ночью. Заселили без проблем. Оплата днём в местной валюте. Номер встретил отсутствием горячей воды в всего 2 полотенцами из 4 положенных. В номере отсутствовал чайник (потом выдали) и самое важное - холодильник (хотя в описании он есть, так же есть ниша в номере для него). Администратор предложил воспользоваться холодильником бара в холле, но через 2 дня попросили воду и фрукты оттуда убрать и перенести в холодильник кухни. (из которого благополучно через сутки исчезла бутылка воды,) Единственное что радовало - отличная локация отеля (почти центр) доступность до метро, общественного транспорта и тишина, постоянный и хороший WiFi. Плохо: 1. Номера да и сама гостиница действительно очень ”уставшие”, требуют вложения денежных средств. (кресла обивка грязная, бра и торшер - нужно чистить) 2. Отсутствие холодильника, чайника в номере. 3. Из заявленных 36 каналов работало 8. 4. Кондиционер с работой не справлялся. (и это ещё не было жары). 5. Круглосуточного кофе (чая) из заявленного тоже не было. Кофе машина работает только в ресторане с 7.00. до 10.00. В остальном пакетированный чай и растворимый кофе (который нужно было постоянно спрашивать у официанта) Советы по выбору номера - лучше выбирать номера на 7-9 этажах (видовые) в районе лифта (установлен роутер именно там и сигнал будет уверенный и стабильный).

Hotel is super clean. Rooms are well heated during winter time. Among all the hotels I have stayed in so far, in 10 countries with multiple cities, their hospitality sits at the top with no competition whatsoever. Lastly, the generosity and the support we have received from the owner himself cannot be explained in few words. Best housekeeping and friendly receptionist and support staffs, it felt like we have visited them before. A must stay hotel if you ever visit Tashkent. Ask them anything they will help you.

We booked it through ***********. We asked them to send car to pickup from train station. Without informing us anything earlier,driver took us to aother Mirzo hotel that is far from centre... as they said the one we booked had some problems. Being so tired after 5 hours journey at 11 pm we didn't have any other options other than to stay. After complaining about it, next morning they sent us to Mirzo Boutique hotel. At Mirzo Boutique room and washroom is very basic. Breakfast is very much ok. The price we paid and what we got in return as quality and service is totally unacceptable.

The Navruz Hotel is in a great location on a side street but close to metro and a few restaurants (can recommend Siesta restaurant!). Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need including kettle, fridge, bottled water, blackout curtains, toiletries, hairdryer. Beds are large and comfortable with lovely bed linen. Bathroom of the room we stayed in was small with shower cubicle only, no bath, but was clean and modern with good water pressure. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a hard day's sightseeing and I particularly enjoyed having a cappuccino or two at breakfast. The young male receptionist (sorry I didn't get his name but he seemed to work 24/7) spoke excellent English and was helpful and efficient.

Inspira -S is a modern, clean hotel with many extras such as a wonderful boutique w/ traditional Uzbek art and clothing. My stay was made extra special because of the helpfulness of Chengris. He works at the front desk. Chengris helped me with room assignment, where to change currency, wake-up calls, and much more. He was very professional and is a gift to all who stay at Inspira-L. I have travelled for 50 years, and Chengris is one of the best. Also, the food was good. Breakfast offered a large assortment of food. The room was large and clean.

Checking in was a nigh**are I booked the hotel to stay 2 night before flying back to London. I checked in with my new wife as we just got married and the hotel reception demanded that we need a marriage certificate to stay at their hotel as my wife was Uzbekistan citizens and me being Uk. The reception was very rude unhelpful and even I was telling them that I am with my wife they didn’t want to check me in I found this very upsetting as I said if my girlfriend or female friend, wife was another nationality they won’t ask me for anything after talking to some fake managers that came to the reception they had to make so many phone calls to some places and after 45 minutes of waiting at the reception desk finally they checked us in was terrible no apologies was offered from 4-5 staff that had dealt with us 2 we’re supposed to be management which am not sure I feel they lied. I wasn’t happy at all with this from such a large hotel chain which I have used them in other locations. Room was good sized clean but service in general was poor for such a new hotel. Even morning breakfast staff no one ever said good morning or anything. There was no security at the front door ever when we came in or left the hotel to see local tourists attractions. Avoid the bar too expensive and cocktails weren’t great head to local restaurants for cheaper drinks. It’s a shame I can’t rate the service less than 1 stars if I could I would rate the service 0 stars. We stayed at the Wyndham in Tashkent as well with my wife didn’t have issues and staff there were fantastic.
