Overall is fantastic. Except the maintenance that I informed the housekeeper to fix it. (Broken towel hook and bidet). The breakfast is variety to choose. I recommend to try chocolate pastries.

酒店位置很好，就在自由廣場旁邊，房間裝修很有現代感，也很乾凈，特別要誇的是前台的一位漂亮妹妹，服務太貼心了！幫我們解決了很多問題

老城裡的新式酒店，酒店出來走20米就可以到達主路，一邊就可以看到自由廣場了，另一邊通向老城其他地方。去鐘樓，錫安主座堂也都衹需要七八分鐘，位置是極好的。 房間不大，但基本設施都有，比如保險櫃冰箱電視，淋浴水很大也熱但淋浴間很小，天氣不冷不熱就沒開空調。因為酒店比較新，所以住起來還不錯。 早餐種類不多，基本是麪包酸奶咖啡冷食肉沙拉火腿腸一些水果，要求不高的話吃一下也可以了。因為你一早上出去那些小店也沒開，自由廣場的一些咖啡店早餐隨便點些也要十幾二十拉，還不如酒店吃得飽。

Отличная гостиница, находится в самом центре города. На ресепшене работают очень добрые профессиональные и заботливые ребята в особенности Бахо ты лучший ! Завтраки свежие и вкусные, уборка в номере превыше всех похвал 👍

酒店位置好，房間衞生，服務好，酒店的硬件設施齊全，早餐豐盛味道好，唯一就是房間小了些，但總體的體驗還是非常不錯的。

Graf hotel is an amazing hotel with a very good breakfast spread. It is not lavish but very tasty especially their bakery products are really fresh and delicious. The location is great. Just 100 odd meters from Freedom square and a stone throw away distance from the old town areas. The rooms are clean and linen was crisp, clean and excellent quality. The prices are very moderate and is high value for money. I also want to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Lika who is the hotel’s administrator for the speed of response and helpfulness when I requested for a booking. Fantastic I can only say. Book there if you wish to enjoy your Tbilisis stay and not enamored with Branded & big hotels

Positives: Great location, nice breakfast with plenty of options - also liked that it ran until quite late into the morning, comfortable bed, nice bathroom - especially the shower, fast reliable WiFi, helpful staff, free water and coffee in room, nice selection of toiletries Negatives: Air con was loud when not in use, sounded like what I can only describe as music from an old sci-movie with an oscillating high pitched noise Whilst naturally fundamental and important to have, the light from the fire alarm flashing was like a strobe light going off at night The only thing room service did was change my towels and replace water bottles, left obvious rubbish in my room/bin and didn't touch my bed, I read in another review (after my stay) that there is a sign to put up to have your room properly clean but this wasn't explained to me at check in if it is the case and I didn't see said sign My room was next to the lift, which I could hear being used at night, I'd ask to be away from the lift if you're a light sleeper

Small, new boutique hotel built in 2023. It is a minimalist hotel with a great staff. The rooms are modern, fairly good AC, modern clean bathrooms, good bedding, in room safe and a mini-fridge. Pretty good breakfast buffet. Ask for 2 keys so the power in your room doesn't get cut off every time you leave the room. You'll have to put the door hanger sign on your door if you want your room cleaned.
