We had the junior suite with balcony on the third floor and it was splendid. One of the most charming hotels I ever stayed in. This would be a five stars if it had an elevator. Service is friendly and impeccable. The bar with signature cocktails... The bed and amenities... breakfast... all top. Very recommended.

Cool spot to stay and gorgeous restaurant. We spent 2 nights there. Great restaurants within walking distance as well as the Marjanishvili metro station to get to other parts of Tbilisi. Nice renovation of an old building, very chic. Each room is different.

This hotel is a real hidden gem, gorgeous rooms, amazing staff and the most delicious food. The location is perfect, we walked in to the main city everyday, it's the perfect spot. The whole look and feel of this place was just instantly relaxing, the amazing staff made it effortless to be there, nothing was too much trouble. We actually felt safer there than we did up in the mountains. The rooms are not big, but they really are lovely. The bathrooms have a lovely waterfall shower too. The breakfast was a la carte and you could have delivered to your room if you wanted, i can recommend the pancakes, a favorite of mine. The dinner menu was so delicious and the staff are always on hand to recommend which wine you should be pairing with. The lovely guys at the cocktail bar were always so happy to see you and wanting to make you a unique drink after a days sight seeing! I could go on, but try for yourselves, such a delight to stay at the Unfound Door, thank you all for making us feel so welcome! Nikki & Sami

Amazing Georgian hospitality! We loved our stay here and will be returning. The staff were so friendly, the food was sensational and the bed was so comfy. I very much recommend this hotel if you are after a stay on the East side of the river with authentic themes.

Very friendly staff and the food was excellent!!! The room was also great with the only think I did not like was the fact that there was too much light, in the morning and the curtains were not black out. But may be was just me, cause I don't like too much light. Over all was great!!

Stayed for three nights here. Reached at an odd hour past midnight but check in was real quick and we were guided to our room . Mariam, front desk staff, ensured our comfort. Terie, front desk staff had been in touch prior to our arrival , suggested cool places and events to check out. Mariam, Terie, Marium, ( all front desks) were super energetic and helpful persons. Ketty, Liza, Shio , Roma( at the bar) all greet you with warmth. Everyone was polite, kind, helpful and made us feel at home . The French toast I had here were the best ones . Unfound door has an old world charm and it keeps intriguing to be explored and experienced more and more. During my short stay two superb events were conducted here . The Gastropub is beautifully set up. Elegant seatings and decor . Morning coffees were a delight here. Location of this property is another USP. Everything is so close to this place. We walked to Fabrika daily twice 😀 Would definitely recommend it to all.

We honestly cannot speak higher of this place. This was our first time in Georgia, and we will always cherish it - owing a huge deal to the place we called our home for 7 days. Exceptional staff, dreamy hotel, incredible breakfast and amazing support staff that catered to all of our requests night and day. Plus, the location was so good, it’s super near to all the cool spots and literally a 4-5 minute cab ride to the best places in Georgia. If you’re thinking of booking this for your next stay, book it before the door closes because it’s very popular. And now we know why! Thank you Unfound Door! Our time at the Unfound Door in Tbilisi, Georgia was mesmerizing. From the instant we crossed the threshold, we felt like we had journeyed back in time, with every corner of the hotel whispering tales of yesteryears. The harmonious fusion of historical charm and contemporary design highlights the meticulous craftsmanship of the establishment. Each room, bearing its distinct personality and name, was elegantly furnished, ensuring an unforgettable stay. We were in the room called 'Night and Day'. Also, I must extend my gratitude to Ketty at the restaurant, whose exceptional service and infectious smile elevated our breakfast experience, especially with her thoughtful attention to our vegan preferences. Our sole concern arose from the lack of available parking upon our arrival, which led to a lengthy search. However, the gracious receptionist eventually came to our aid after we had spent more than two hours navigating the issue. I must say that It would be advantageous for the hotel to address guest parking arrangements in the future too. Apart from this, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. I'm already eagerly anticipating my next visit to this enchanting sanctuary.

We stayed for one week in the hotel. Our stay was just fantastic, we felt like at home away from home. The staff is super friendly and kind, they were always happy to help with anything. The breakfast was delicious, they even offered me a vegan option every day. We really hope to visit this great place soon again! Thank you for making our stay in Tbilisi so wonderful!
