The app is not comfortable. You need to take a taxi to the main places. The corridors smell of cigarette smoke. The breakfasts are very very poor and the same. They clean the room only after making the bed. I do not recommend.

I absolutely loved the hotel's vibe, I really loved it. Unfortunately, it was fully booked. From the room design and layout to the exceptionally warm service at the front desk, I gave it a big thumbs up!

Good hotel! Clean, tidy, breakfast very tasty. The only downsides are the location and not very convenient access roads. Overall satisfied, thank you!

1. We stayed in the same room, but were not given the same room. 2. We waited an hour for the food in the restaurant. We urged them several times, but they said to wait another five minutes each time.

The room is generally very clean☺️ but there is nothing. Not even napkins. Basically no service. Then they heated something in the microwave and told me that they didn't have this service. It's a bit far from the old city. Won't stay here again

Clean and quiet rooms, nice internal garden, location is pretty convenient, the surroundings are good for night walks and there's good street food with eastern rice that's open at night. It's possible to check-in by yourself. Two good Kone elevators. There were some little issues but management is responsive and solves them quickly

I had planned to stay at another hotel for the 1st 30 days but when I arrived at the airport the driver I was promised for that "FREE RIDE" failed to show up. No worries, right, there are plenty of other Taxi drivers at the airport. The ride to the hotel I was at was a ride through the underworld... horrific in every regard and miles from a safe place to walk. Needless to say, I didn't check in but asked my driver to help me find a place in town. Unfortunately, the hotels were booked solid, from a concert (I believe). Exhausted from my long flights (from the USA) I landed here at the EPISODE Hotel at 41 Pekini Avenue. They too were booked solid, and I enjoyed a wonderful meal at 10:30 pm, which helped restore my sanity. Still, first night in Tbilisi and I was basically homeless. By the time I finished my meal they had found a room for me, from a last-minute cancelation. That was the best bed and sleep I've ever experienced. I've now been here for almost a week and booked a second week a few moments ago. The "team" is the friendliest and most accommodating staff that I have ever experienced and that's with over THREE DECADES of business travel under my belt. It is impossible for me to sing their praises worthy enough. How about the food? EXCELLENT! The buffet breakfast was included with the cost of my room. I swear their scramble eggs were the best I've ever had, so moist yet firm, and the choices were superb. I've now eaten through half of their menu and have had nothing but superb meals from 7:30 am until they close the kitchen at 11:00pm. How about the room? I took a single room; the large bed is like sleeping on a cloud! I don't spoil myself this well at home! The bathroom is spacious and also very clean. The shower is even a joy with a choice between either an overhead or handheld flow, which was STRONG, and my aching back definitely appreciated the pressure! The room was a bit tight, but more than I needed. In summary, I can't recommend the EPISODE HOTEL highly enough. They took what could have been a disastrous start to my vacation and turned into a slice of heaven. I'll be back!
