Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan lapangan terbang, dan terdapat bas terus. Ia mengambil masa kira-kira 13 dolar untuk menaiki teksi, yang sangat mudah! Hotel ini mempunyai bas ulang-alik dari lapangan terbang di kawasan itu. Ia berharga 7 dolar seorang. Jika ramai orang, ia masih menjimatkan kos untuk menaiki teksi.

The staff were exceptional and helped to ease the pain of a 7 hour Vietjet flight delay. We slept very well . The 4th floor room we had was very quiet with only very rare, muted aircraft noise coming through the double glazed window and no traffic noise. The doors also have seals so there was very little hallway noise. The block out curtains also worked perfectly. The king size bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would easily stay again.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel before flying out for our wedding. My fiancé’s family is from the US, and I had been showing them around Sydney, however due to the limited time we had one night stay in the Blue Mountains before returning to stay with the hotel. The FO manager allowed us to store our large luggage at the hotel because we had not the car space for the luggage going up to the mountains. The service attendants were, kind, prompt and considerate. The design of the interior of the hotel is very different for a Pullman, and when we went up to our room we had a handmade card from the reception staff wishing us well for our big day! They accompanied this lovely gesture with macaroons and a room upgrade. Being stressed about this part of our itinerary, I had a lot of communication with the staff and they were very helpful, always offering thorough and convenient suggestions. Thank you Pullman, looking forward to staying with you again!

Airport shuttle was not convenient and there was a $12 fee per person. Uber was a better, cheaper option - especially if there is more than one person travelling in your group.

i honestly don’t think this is a 5 star hotel- bar and restaurant mediocre at best and no facilities ie swimming pool - rooms were spacious and comfortable but no view- wouldn’t want to stay there more than the 2 days we stayed

Not bad , just that lobby lounge is always crowded . Looks like a 4 star hotel , furnishing internally is ok but not a luxurious feel . I personally feel that inside the room there isn’t warm , dim lights or night lights, if this is provided it will impricevthe feel of the room . My own personal preference is to have warm lights and a darker feel . I find the current lights very glaring and there isn’t floor lamps too , so the feel is pretty basic but at least it is a clean room . The 2 chairs are not comfy and in an awkward position . It will be good to have more charging points as I could only find one charging point for my iPhone 13, they don’t hv extra point for my iPhone 15 without my socket . Gym is very small , a little scary at night around 8pm . Nice green apples and carton water and provided with compliments there which is excellent .

Location wise close to airport and mascot railway station … shuttle van at $12 or Uber at $20 Very modern and clean room At this price … very attractive Nice good food and most friendly staff at the reception and restaurant

It was a terrible stay during our trip in Sydney. When we get off our car, there were no one greeting and helping us to carry our luggage. The queue was long for checking in and we waited for a while at the lobby. After we got into our room, we realised that the air-con was not working properly with only cold air coming out and no heated air. We called the front desk and checked room eventually. After we changed to a new room, we found that the shower head was broken leaking water from the hose. That was ridiculous given that we have changed room twice and the room still unusable. The most annoying part was the staff told us to keep the room key for our first room. However, they suddenly came up in the middle of the night at around 2am to get back the defective room key. That was hilarious and terrible manner to wake a customers up when they were asleep. Terrible and scary. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel. Worth not even one star. Pay extra to go somewhere else to stay for your trip in Sydney.
