I only have positive things to say about this hotel. I stay in 2-3 hotels a month. So I appreciate friendly and accommodating staff. The front desk staff that greeted me, Salome and Tamar, were great. They were friendly, nice, warm and positive the whole time I was waiting on my room to be prepared. They went above and beyond what was necessary. The room is simple, which I prefer. It didn’t have that leftover smokey feel that some of the hotels I’ve stayed in Tbilisi have had. You can order room service, but since you are near good restaurants, I’d recommend that instead to experience the local food. You are also a quick taxi to anything for really cheap.

If you want a taste of Georgia, this hotel may be just the place for you.
It’s located in an atmospheric old residential neighbourhood of twisty streets and steep climbs. If you know cities like Hong Kong, Istanbul or Belgrade, you’ll be familiar with this. You can walk it easily from the Central Railway Station. Otherwise the 368 bus will bring you most of the way.
The hotel is pleasantly decorated and has a large verandah with a nice view over the city for breakfast or an evening drink. In season, they have a mangal (a traditional barbecue) and live music in the evenings.
The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I would expect including a small fridge and TV. A kettle, tea and coffee would also be nice.
For me the highlight was breakfast. It's a buffet of homely sweet and savoury Georgian dishes made freshly by the owner, including eggs, salads and traditional small, thick pancakes with sour cream.
If you’re looking for traditional hotel comforts you’ll find them here, with warmth and an authentic local twist.

The hotel's location was excellent. It was conveniently situated in a central area, close to popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. This made it incredibly easy to explore the city and enjoy everything it had to offer.
Additionally, the hotel's rates were very budget-friendly. Compared to other accommodations in the area, it was a steal. I appreciated the affordability, especially considering the high prices of hotels in this popular tourist destination.

Let me start with my stay, it was for 4nights and it started very well with Liza (receptionist) she was very helpful and respectful for visitors. She even helped us take our 2 rooms earlier because she saw our kids were tired from the travel. However, on the 17th morning. The receptionist named Ilia was very rude in his way of talking and attitude. He did not show any respect and was using his hand while talking asking me to come to his side of counter. It did not end here, he referred to another guest issue they faced one night before as it was me and my family which is not the case. The breakfast is very limited with options which made me from next day of stay to have it outside until we left. This is an example of a good hotel but with bad stuff attitude which impacts their rating. The rooms are very good from space wise and no of beds for a family stay. you should also know that the laundry service is very expensive compared to other 5 star hotels.

Amazing hotel! The staff is very kind and welcoming, they are helpful with recommendations for trips and information on sites. Thank you Mariam for your help. The rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful, amazing views, and very comfortable beds. They provide daily complimentary chocolates and water, in the rooms. The location is even better, in just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) there are shops, restaurants and cafes with beautiful views on the way. They even provide umbrellas for very sunny or rainy days. In my opinion, the star of the show is the spa, an amazing underground pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, salt room, changing rooms, and free food/drinks (cookies, smoothies, teas, lemon and regular water, and fruits). This is the place to stay in Tbilisi, and I will be coming back for the scrub massage and facial.

Firstly, I have to admit, that due to the bad weather conditions (heavy snowfall in the Gudauri region, roads were closed), I was a day late to my reservation, however I asked to keep it, since I intended to come anyway. I had an answer from a hotel, that they are keeping a room for me. Anyway, when I finally came, it appeared that I could only stay for a night, since the hotel was totally booked. However, the personnel were very kind, suggesting breakfast, taxi and being very pleasant to talk to. Secondly, the room was quite spacious with big windows overlooking the top of the Trinity Cathedral. Thirdly, I was given an extra heater, insomuch as it was very cold outside, which is nice. Finally, I have spent only one night there and could not provide more information, except for the fact that the building is interestingly designed and located in the area of old Tbilisi, among the private houses, primarily one-store. By the way, I met fluffy dogs there.

We’re less than three kilometers from Narikala Fortress, Sulfur Baths, and Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi. Theaters, museums, and shops are within easy reach, as well as city’s natural wonders, including the Leghvtakhevi Waterfall and National Botanic Garden.

I’m writing this review while I’m still at the hotel. This brand-new Garden Inn of the Hilton portfolio has blown me away! Right from the time of check-in, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Ana and Oto were at the check in desk at my later arrival and they completed check in formalities efficiently and smoothly while briefing me about the hotel and the things to do around. Both were so gracious and warm! In line with Hilton Diamond member benefits, I was offered an upgrade to an absolutely fantastic room on a higher floor, which had a balcony as large as the room. The views of the mountains, river, and the old city from the balcony are so mesmerizing! I would often run into Sophiya during my stay, who would always check on my well being and keep offering useful travel suggestions and tips! Breakfast offerings were limited yet wholesome and very enjoyable. Having some more variety would be a good touch. However, the food display and service at the restaurant was very good. Lastly, a special shout-out to Mariam at the front desk, who was again very helpful and warm and briefed me further on this brand new property. Thanks Mariam, for your help, and for being wonderful and offering a late check out! In my opinion, this Garden Inn property is way better than even some of the full-service Hilton properties I have stayed in! I’m super impressed and will definitely be staying here again!

Travelled with family in April 2024 on a tour by Holiday Factory Budget hotel with budget services. Will not recommend this hotel if you are visiting Tbilisi. Cons - Hotel is located away from City center where you need to be when you visit Tbilisi. During peak hours it will take 45 mins to 1 hour to reach City Center where all the action is. - Situated in an odd neighbourhood where no proper restaurants are available. - Hotel has 2 wings one old and one new. We were placed in old wing where most of rooms were in bad condition. - Once again reception was cold, no smiles no welcome just check in as you have been booked. - Rooms are basic. Door handle clamps screws were missing which is very basic and door would not close so had to call the maintenance. - Room was quite hot. During enquiry was notified that AC for the full hotel was switched off. You can keep the window open for cold air. Sorry what was that ????? - Breakfast was mentioned 9 to 11 but found serving was on from 0800 am. Arrangements were a disaster. One counter for around 100 guests with everyone falling head over heels for food. - As we came late we had to wait for most dishes to be brought. Breakfast options were decent. - Hotel is 10 mins from hotel and it is frequented by holiday tour groups so busy all the time. Pros - Hotel is near to airport which is 10 mins away. If you plan to visit the city center where peace bridge, mother of georgia statue, sulphur baths and shopping is available stay near to the area as you will waste time moving to and from the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuHad 2 stays here, one for 2 nights, and after visiting Kutaisi we spent another night here. The location was great, with easy access to Metro and bus station (#337 heads directly to airport). Holy Trinity Cathedral was around 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and other scenic spots is also within walk distance. Also noticed the guidebook in the room which provides useful information about the attractions nereby. Staffs here are always professional and ready to help, especially Giorgi, Lika and Miriam (sorry if I got her name wrong) who gave us a warm welcome and supported us during our stay here. Feel like being at home and really made me and my parents enjoyed our stay at Tbilisi. Would love to come back in the future!

PPengguna TetamuWe had two days to explore Tbilisi at the end of a ski trip at Gudauri. Shota Rustavelli is next door to parliament and a short walk to the old town. In the lower floors of a beautiful apartment block, the hotel offers large elegant rooms (we were upgraded) with very comfortable beds, marble bathrooms and lovely finishes. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, helpful and recommended two great Georgian restaurants. The bar areas are pleasant and there is a large pool and small gym in the basement

PPengguna TetamuThis place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid.
Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room.
When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full.
Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds.
The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!

MMohamad Mehyouthe hotel was good and clean , great location , but they need to have more smiley faces and hospitality .As i found lately that its not their own issue rather than the majority of Georgian Community issue , they have a lack of smile and mostly sulky i don't know why ?you can always sense the frustration in their faces and expressions ,and un friendly most of them don't understand any other language beside Georgian and Russian, especially the taxi drivers whom you cannot communicate with them even they can't read a google map ? i had several bad experiences in Georgia and will never repeat it , i don't recommend visiting Georgia if you are looking for entertainment , it was total disappointment and a waist of money . Watch it , there is lots of scams especially in the nightlife where it happened that i was looking for a restaurant to dine in and a lady came to me asking me if i'm looking for a nice restaurant , she took me to a club called crazy monkey where it turned to be a strip club which it was not in my intentions ? i went in and looked around and didn't like it at all and wanted to leave and the body guard stood by the door blocking me from going out and said that i have to pay 243 GEL almost 88 $ ?! i said for what i didn't even sit , he said that the minute you step in you have to pay a minimum charge which is the 243 GEL ? i had to pay because i didn't want to make troubles and left , also watch the taxi drivers i took once a taxi for trip less than 5 minutes and he asked for 40 GEL almost 15 $ ??? it is a total scam , then i asked the hotel about it they said that you should always negotiate the rate with the driver before your ride ???? since the taxis are not equipped with mile counters ? so be aware .
in a nutshell Great country and very nice views ,but needs a lot to improve especially in hospitality and Georgian Ministry of tourism needs to be more active and to be equipped with hotline number to report scams and claims ,i do not recommend visiting Georgia for tourism . they still need more efforts to improve .

The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile 😊… However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotel’s staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).

Наш рейс прилетел в 4 часа утра, но не смотря на это, в отеле нас ждали - менеджер и местные котики. Нам предложили комнаты на выбор. Больше всего понравились комнаты на 3 этаже, они просторнее и светлее. Только учтите, лифта нет и на третий этаж ведет небольшая деревянная лестница. Вида из окна особо не ждите, все вокруг довольно плотно застроено. Отель находится в тихом переулке, но очень близко ко многим достопримечательностям и кафе. У ребят есть уютная уличная веранда, видимо летом там проходят завтраки. В комнатах не было холодильника, телевизора, чайника (если это важно для кого-то), но нам и не нужно было. Кстати, чай можно было попить в любое время на кухне. Кровати удобные, радовало наличие тапочек. Горячая вода есть, проблем не было. Было очень тепло в комнате и мы приоткрывали окно, иначе душно. Для уборки нужно повесить табличку с просьбой убраться. Завтраки: вкусно, по-домашнему, стол был накрыт к нашему приходу. Были оладьи, два салата, тосты, йогурты, сыр, варенья, сок, чай, кофе, яблоки, конфетки. Wifi хороший.

PPengguna TetamuWir waren für 3 Tage in diesem Hotel. Gute Lage, die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, auch die Zimmer ganz nett, die Betten sehr gut. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Sehr gutes Frühstück, auch bezüglich Auswahl und Qualität. Bei voller Auslastung im Hotel, kann es zum Frühstück beim Kaffee zu Wartezeiten kommen. Eine 2. Maschine würde hier Abhilfe schaffen.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is a little far from the center of Tbilisi, took 17 mins to get there. If you are a tourist you have to take taxi. But there also some places nearby where you can walk around. Its quiet coz its away from the crowd(which is good). The room is ok. They give replenishments everytime we asked to clean the room. But there are some stains in the towels. Staffs were helpful.

PPengguna TetamuНормальные номера под цифрами 5 и 6, один из них и был нами забронирован. Когда мы приехали - оба были заняты. Остальные номера - конура с ”окном”, которое выходит сразу на стену соседнего дома. Окно размером с форточку 30×30 см, которое не фиксируется в открытом положении. Стена соседнего дома была в 20 сантиметрах от этого ”окна”. Ни дневной свет, ни свежий воздух через него не проходит. Возврат разницы по стоимости произведен не был, извинений мы также не услышали. В номере были сломаны сиденье на унитазе, ручка на душевой кабине. На наши просьбы отремонтировать, персонал сказал - ”так это туристы ломают же, сейчас починим, а они опять сломают”. Что??? Вообще персонал крайне .... странный. По поводу сломаной сидушки я уже писал выше. В первый день по поводу оплаченного нами завтрака мы услышали: ”Так тут же везде кафе работают, там и позавтракаете”. Когда было указано, что завтрак оплачен, нас спросили во сколько мы хотим завтракать. На наш ответ, что в 8.30 - 9 часов было бы хорошо, нам сказали - ”Мне неудобно в это время, я доеду сюда в лучшем случае к 9 утра, так что завтрак не раньше 9.30”. Facepalm. По поводу раздельных кроватей в номере сказали - ”так вы их сдвиньте вместе, будет одна большая”. Это последовал ответ на вопрос, почему у нас один пододеяльник на 2 кровати, но второй в итоге выдали. В номере нет шкафа, только подвесной с 2 металлическим погнутыми вешалками из химчистки. Без полочек и высотой сантиметров 80. Wi-Fi нестабильный и не покрывает всей площади отеля, а если ваш номер - конура, то и мобильная сеть там не очень, то есть решать какие-то вопросы по интернету будет некомфортно. Отзывы на известном синем агрегаторе не соответствуют действительности - отель просто удаляет ваше бронирование вместе с отзывом после того, как вы оставите не восхищенный отзыв. Единственный плюс отеля - его расположение в самом центре, при этом там очень тихо, так как отель находится в тупике. Если вы путешествуете с детьми или у вас романтический отпуск - крайне не рекомендую этот отель. Может вам и повезет с номером, но если нет, то вы останетесь очень разочарованы. Не рискуйте )))
