We spent two nights in this property first impressions are excellent the foyer is very elegant . Check in and out was very efficient and friendly as was baggage handling . Our rooms (204 and 409 ) were spacious and well presented as were the bathrooms and reflected the overall elegance of the entire property . Facilities were as you would expect in a five star establishment, connectivity was good as was the sleep quality noise levels were low despite construction work on lower floors. The staff on the whole were very pleasant which in Georgia is not always the case especially in the restaurants , everyone we dealt with had a reasonable command of English particularly on reception and hotel porters . We used the hotel limousine service to the airport which was superb the driver was very helpful and polite and drove very safely. The vehicle was a Maybach which was spacious and comfortable . I forgot my hand luggage in the car at the airport after we were dropped ( panic time) but fortunately a phone call to the hotel had the driver speeding back to us within fifteen minutes . Despite some of the not so good reviews we felt this hotel was expensive for Georgia but nevertheless was reasonably priced for the standard of service it provides . This opinion is based on twenty years of staying in five star hotels for between five to seven months a year in a wide variety of locations throughout the world. In short a nice property.

The experience at the hotel was charming from Day 1. David at the reception along with other team members like Mancho and Tako were brilliant and always ready to help. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. We had taken a suite room and the cleaners were always doing a good job. Food at the restaurant was also very good. Breakfast was a simple affair but the food was always fresh. The Chef made very fluffy eggs and the cottage cheese was amazing. But most of all all the baked goods we had were absolutely delicious especially the croissants which were exceptional. Staff at the restaurant were again highly pleasant. Manager Tazo along with other staff Saba Gvansta Mariam and Katya and others too please I forget the names.. they were very polite and always ready to assist. Very efficiently managed hotel. 5 stars. No less.

I booked ' Deluxe King Room' and the first night I realised that I was not sleeping on a single king size mattress as in the middle of the bed it was not flat. In the morning and for the benefit of the doubt, I removed matress cover & bedsheet and I found out that my matress was not single but two twin beds zipped together. Next morning I asked politely reception whether my booking was for deluxe king room and they confirmed that it was indeed. When I showed them a photo evidence with the twin beds the answer was ' Oh you felt it?'. When I asked whether they gave me a twin bed instead of king bed the answer was ' Oh the designer made it like this for convenience'. Obviously I did not buy what reception answered to me as an excuse and I was deeply disappointed. I felt mislead also because while I was walking in the corridor I glimpsed into the room next to mine - the door was open and cleaning lady was in. The room was much bigger than mine ( my deluxe room was 23 m2 but i doubt it) and I'm pretty sure that the bed was not two matresses zipped together. In a addition to my story I will agree with b) carpet is full of stains/dirty which is unacceptable for a new hotel c ) reception is not really welcoming for a 5 star hotel ( as advertised) d) There is no Smeg fridge as shown in the booking pictures. I was expecting much better treatment, provided I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights!!! 2 Stars for the positive attitude of breakfast room staff and for its convenient location. Next time in Tbilisi somewhere nicer and friendlier!

Never have i ever stayed in this kind of classy and beautiful hotel. I remember the day I have entered to the lobby on my arrival to Hotel, I had a nice shock. First of all because of the interior and later on the music playing there was my favourite. I loved the Japanese cuisine they have in Lounge and the terrace with burgers, spaghetti, enchiladas and those kind of food. The room i stayed in was called Associo and I would say it's the most beautiful room i have been to in hotels. Overall i really loved the place and recommend it to everyone!

Mereka juga mempunyai kolam tetapi ia kelihatan sangat tidak menarik. Tiada concierge dan kakitangan tidak tahu jawapan kepada soalan asas tentang syarikat penerbangan atau tempat makan . Hotel ini bernilai maksimum $75 semalam tidak melebihi $100 semalam. Saya selalu bertanya pada diri sendiri adakah saya akan tinggal di sana lagi. Jawapannya adalah tidak. Hotel ini tidak terpulang kepada perkhidmatan jika ia adalah tempoh titik harga bilik sangat cantik walaupun

Je pense qu'il y a un problème de salle de bain, l'espace entre la douche et toilette est trop oetit, je peu à peine rentrer. Je suis grand de 1m90. Il y a des tâches sur les lampes, rayures sur les portes. Lit très confortable, éclairage fonctionne très bien. Il manquait les brosses à dents et peignoir ! Housekeeping devrait vérifier les chambres avant les clients. La piscine est très bien, bonne installation ! Petit déjeuner très bon. Je dirais que les standards d'un hôtel 5 étoiles ne sont pas là, même au niveau du service d'accueil reste très basique mais sans plus, je m'attendais à un meilleur service quand-même. Le repas au ATI était très bon, mais la serveuse est très jeune et très aimable doit approfondir ces connaissances en F&B. Le chef est venu nous expliquer son plat, très professionnel.

Een aanrader, hier krijgt je geen spijt van. Fantastisch hotel met geweldige medewerkers die alles voor je willen doen, je wordt echt in de watten gelegd. Alles is nieuw en het hele hotel is met zorg ingericht. Mooie kamers en heerlijk ontbijt. De lobby, het restaurant en het terras buiten zijn een genot voor het oog en het is er heerlijk vertoeven. Wij hebben er meerdere nachten gelogeerd en we hebben er ontzettend van genoten. Een beter hotel kun je je niet wensen in Tiblisi. Dankjewel Veriko en alle medewerkers voor de ontzettend fijne tijd die wij bij jullie hebben gehad.

Окно размером с форточку 30×30 см, которое не фиксируется в открытом положении. Стена соседнего дома была в 20 сантиметрах от этого ”окна”. Ни дневной свет, ни свежий воздух через него не проходит. Возврат разницы по стоимости произведен не был, извинений мы также не услышали. В номере были сломаны сиденье на унитазе, ручка на душевой кабине. На наши просьбы отремонтировать, персонал сказал - ”так это туристы ломают же, сейчас починим, а они опять сломают”. Что??? Вообще персонал крайне .... странный. По поводу сломаной сидушки я уже писал выше. В первый день по поводу оплаченного нами завтрака мы услышали: ”Так тут же везде кафе работают, там и позавтракаете”. Когда было указано, что завтрак оплачен, нас спросили во сколько мы хотим завтракать. На наш ответ, что в 8.30 - 9 часов было бы хорошо, нам сказали - ”Мне неудобно в это время, я доеду сюда в лучшем случае к 9 утра, так что завтрак не раньше 9.30”. Facepalm. По поводу раздельных кроватей в номере сказали - ”так вы их сдвиньте вместе, будет одна большая”. Это последовал ответ на вопрос, почему у нас один пододеяльник на 2 кровати, но второй в итоге выдали. В номере нет шкафа, только подвесной с 2 металлическим погнутыми вешалками из химчистки. Без полочек и высотой сантиметров 80. Wi-Fi нестабильный и не покрывает всей площади отеля, а если ваш номер - конура, то и мобильная сеть там не очень, то есть решать какие-то вопросы по интернету будет некомфортно. Отзывы на известном синем агрегаторе не соответствуют действительности - отель просто удаляет ваше бронирование вместе с отзывом после того, как вы оставите не восхищенный отзыв. Единственный плюс отеля - его расположение в самом центре, при этом там очень тихо, так как отель находится в тупике. Если вы путешествуете с детьми или у вас романтический отпуск - крайне не рекомендую этот отель. Может вам и повезет с номером, но если нет, то вы останетесь очень разочарованы. Не рискуйте )))

A new hotel that is less than a year old, with a modern, minimal and practical design located in a quiet street a few minutes' walk from Freedom Square. The breakfast is located on the basement floor and there is a variety of food to choose from. The room was spacious with a large window (302) and a great shower and nicely furnished. The hotel staff was very friendly and patient and tried to help in any situation that was needed. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach the Freedom Square or other interesting points in the city such as the Peace Bridge and more. Great value for the price and recommend this hotel

Hotel City. We stayed here only for 1 night on our way back to dubai. We ended up on the 5th floor, just outside the room is a beautiful terrace that overlooks the city with chairs and couches and even a phone incase tou need to order a drink and enjoy the sunset. We stayed in this hotel back in 2016 for 3 nights, it was good back then but they recently had a make over, its much more modern and neat now. They've really stepped it up. Also the bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous with a shower any home owner will dream of. The location is perfect, as its quiet and just off one of the main roads which means easy walking access to freedom Square and other parts of the old town, super markets and wine shops. Also as a courtesy note on the feedback. They usually serve breakfast on weekends at 8h30 only and we had to leave at 7h30 to catch our flight, they made special arrangements for us to have breakfast at 7am.....we really appreciated that. Very clean, professional and friendly staff, clearly newly renovated or built, because everything is new and in order. Be mindful there was no breakfast when I visited, and I see others posting this as well. That's fine by me, because I enjoy sleeping in and getting lunch where I want, eating local food. Also note that you can forget about parking because this hotel is in the middle of the old town and it's seriously densely built here. The old town is in a charming state of dilapidation, stone and wood houses where there's not a straight angle from subsidence, some walls bulging in, others bulging out, and you wonder how people can live in there, but they do, and it's genuine and very interesting to stroll through. I mention this because as I was walking to my hotel I was worried about what kind of hotel I had booked, but when you get there it's like an oasis of modernity and comfort. There are tons of small places to have wine or eat things nearby. Walking distance to anything you could want, really.
