Mesmerising views,Smiling faces, Delicious cuisines,helpful, courteous,cooperative,polite and soft spoken staff few of whom I remember KIRAN Yoga instructor,SHIVAN Chef,Rohit, PAWAN and PRABAL at the front desk,Ankit in Play area made our trip a memorable one.

This property mesmerises you as you reach simply due to its location, the view is fabulous. It’s also a sprawling property with lovely rooms and various restaurants. It’s SPA is lively and you have all facilities you can think about. Staff is absolutely helpful and you have to say it and they will make it happen for you. Restaurants are all good and you will have to stay long enough to experience it all. Try to take a room with distant hill view, it’s worth paying extra for it.

I loved the climate of massoorie .also I loved the nature of staff person all r very helpful and sweet ,if I get a chance to visit here I will definately visit again ,I loved To play games and I played chess a lot in DEN area with Shyam sir ,PREETI MAM and Manisha didi I m very thankful to them because of their company I really enjoyed

We went here for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. The property was great but the team was absolutely amazing! Everyone was super helpful, welcoming and very cooperative. The executive chef; Rohit Chadha was especially hospitable. He went above and beyond to ensure we were having a good time. Dinesh, Abhishek and Sheetal at the JW Cafe were also amazing. They were extremely prompt and proactive and extended utmost flexibility in their service. Ujjwal at Trout (the North Indian restaurant) was also super warm and helpful. At Tepan (the Asian restaurant): Shubham & Anirudh were very kind and attentive. Mohit from Guest Relations was also very sweet and had our whole room decorated twice over the course of our stay, and even made a personalized birthday card. The food at all the restaurants was surprisingly fantastic. The local Thali at JW Cafe/Trout was especially delicious and a great experience. The North Indian food really stood out. Tepan (Asian) and Wisteria (Italian) were also really good. There's not much to do near the hotel, but lots to do in the property itself (bowling, pool, carrom, chess, other games, gym, spa etc.) and they have activities on a daily basis. It was very cloudy when we went (July), so the hotel was literally in the clouds. We couldn't see much of the valley for most of our stay but on the last day it cleared up the view was beautiful! I'm really happy we chose this place and team to celebrate my birthday!

I had visited Jw in the month of june and Mr Sandeep Lambha guided us during trekking and i must say he was exceptional throughout our trekking period. A must experience if you are nature lover. Apart from that Mr sandeep also sang amazing songs during hitea and made everyone played tambola.

We are short of words to thank Mr. Anoop Pandey, the GM and Staff for our incredible stay at your wonderful Hotel – JW Marriott, Mussoorie. The Service was par excellence. I believe the GM under his dynamic leadership has created a commendable core, emotional, functional and a culture of service excellence in the Hotel which is worthy of being emulated by other Hotels. Absolutely amazing, unbelievable and much more than just desirable level of customer service. There are a few staff members who deserve more than a special mention and recognition : GM – Anoop Pandey - a highly dynamic, vibrant, ‘hands on’ leader. I strongly believe he is highly instrumental in creating a superb Brand for the Hotel. He was always visible to guests and we could sense that he had the pulse of the entire Hotel. I strongly believe Anoop has an extremely bright future for who he is - as an inspiring leader. Anoop has initiated a wonderful initiative of a ‘stay custodian’ - which was indeed a welcome and effective move and was wonderfully signed off as ‘Responsibly Yours’’ ! Anoop is a tremendous leadership asset to the JW Marriott Brand with a great potential of being a world class Global leader. Roopa Singh – Director of Operations. An energetic manager who personally enquired about our well-being and of all the guests. She has a very pro-active and pleasant disposition and exuded ownership & complete control of the Hotel operations. She made herself visible during all the key events. A great asset to the Hotel. Front Office : Akanksha, FO Manager and Neha Rajawat, Front Office Associate– a very warm welcome was organised by the FO Manager, Akanksha, as also, an efficient and seamless check in process. My compliments to Akanksha for leading a great FO Team. Neha, as the FO Associate was excellent and extremely engaged – she assisted us in the check in process and briefed us about the property with keen interest. Neha is a great asset to the Front Office. It was wonderful to receive a parting gift too from Akanksha! Guest Relations – Mohit : He made it a point to reach out and assisted us in making the most of our time in the Hotel. F&B : Chef Sainath Naik: Riyamani, Shivam, Bharti, Rohit, Meheswar - They made our experience memorable. A special mention particularly of Chef Sainath - he was exceptional- tremendous energy to serve and very caring. We could sense Sainath’s intrinsic heart and desire towards service excellence. I wish to compliment the other staff members mentioned too for their heart of service, particularly Shivam who went out of his way to serve us. We much appreciated Shivam and Meheswar asking us if they could pack us some food for the way - very thoughtful indeed. They left an impact on us. Housekeeping: Kasim. It was a perfect vacation in every way. This was our first stay in the JW group, and we were mesmerized by the hospitality of the resorts. Starting from check-in to check-out, we enjoyed every part. My kid enjoyed the activities (cricket, chess, bowling) at the hotel and was very happy. The best part of the resort was the food. The quality and taste were fantastic in every restaurant. Chef Mr. Sainath and Mr. Gurpreet took good care of us during our lunch and dinner. The front desk and concierge were exceptional. In a way, we are delighted and will return to this property soon.

I recently stayed at JW Marriott Mussoorie, and although I was anxious about losing my suitcase, the hotel's staff turned my distress into a remarkable experience. My bag, containing my laptop and valuable belongings, had accidentally mixed up with my group member's luggage. They had taken it to their room, unaware of the mix-up. The Rooms Division Manager, Mr. Keshav Chand, Concierge Head, Mr. Vivek Rawat, and intern Mr. Ronit Rawat, went above and beyond to help me retrieve my bag. Despite their early morning shift, they refused to leave until the issue was resolved. Their dedication and persistence paid off when they finally found my suitcase in my group member's room, due to the identical color. I'm deeply grateful for their exceptional service, empathy, and commitment to resolving my issue. Their actions embody the true spirit of hospitality, making JW Marriott Mussoorie stand out.
