Hotel berhampiran Kikar Kedumim, Tel Aviv

I loved the hotel and hotel location. It is very central and easy to commute from. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I particularly wanted to highlight Igor and Halyna - who look after floor 8 and 4. They are amazing! So attentive, so friendly and so passionate and committed to their jobs. I have never met such dedicated people. They made me feel at home! I would come back just to be looked after by them

Very clean and friendly services! Happy hour and free drinks were great. The hotel is located in a very posh neighbourhood close to many foodie scenes around the area.

The location is excelent, very close to the beach and nor far from comercial areas, like Carmel Market. But it does not disturb the night and I could sleep very well. Good bed and shower and very clean. There are many restaurants very close (specialy because the beach is the most touristy area in Tel Aviv). The main problem for me is that the hotel don't provide breakfast, so in the morning you have to find some place to eat and, at least for me, the closest options were not very attractive. Considering that Tel Aviv is an expensive city, this hotel has a good value for money.

Have to write in sheer excitement about my current stay @the Herrods TLV, Came to TLV to enjoy the DocAviv Film Festival, and resplendent summer. How was it? Remarkable and extraordinary in every way, right from the outset. I was stoked! Friday the Hotel was packed full, so when I arrived on Saturday, was delighted to realize I received an upgrade. Well the view on the eighteenth floor is sensational, and the warm sea-breeze welcoming and soft. The room was pristine and brimming with new energy, if not a bit too minimal for its uninterrupted white expanses. Have to address compliments to all members of staff, for excellent service and personal attention. How wonderful a relief for solo travelers! Special thanks go to the entire, wonderful Front Office team, to the Front Desk Manager Adi, and especially to Daniel Manager of Guest Relations, for following up on my stay, and whether I was pleased with all aspects of my stay. Also, special thanks go to the F&B MAnagement, and Breakfast Hall team, for preparing and setting up an excellent, holesome, and varied breakfast, in a great ambience. Thank you also to Miri, at the bar, for your appreciated attention, presence, and caring attitude. In short - of-course would love to come back to more such calming and sensational experiences. We booked 3 nights at this boutique hotel based on the mostly positive reviews on this forum. Our experience unfortunately was not so great. We checked in rather late in the evening at around 8.30pm. We were coming in from the bus station as we had crossed over from Jordan earlier in the day & we were exhausted & hungry. We were looking forward to a few comforts after some hectic days in Wadi Rum. The cab dropped us off on the street out front...there was no doorman so we dragged in our luggage into the small lobby where we were met by Adi at the front desk. He explained a few things & offered us a coffee but we wanted to just get into our room. What I found really strange was we had considerable amount of luggage but he didn't lift a finger to help even me & I was struggling. The room was okay size but the furniture was weird - supposedly designer but just plain Uncomfortable. They provided no baggage racks which meant all the bags on the floor which again is so inconvenient. For any decent hotel this a very normal requirement or at the very least provide a space for keeping big bags. We found that some of the toiletries in the bathroom were obviously used by the previous occupants of the room. The caps were not screwed properly & one of them was leaking. Housekeeping had not bothered to throw them just simply kept them there along with some fresh ones. Disgusting ! The next day I asked for an ironing board. The young girl, I think her name was Miriam looked a bit perplexed at first & then came back after a quite a while with an iron & a dirty old stained hand held board. Made me wonder people don't require irons ? We met the manager Tali the next morning....she wasn't too friendly or hospitable. Miriam was friendly & offered us some coffee. We enquired about a Sim & a Rav card & were told that we would have to look on the street for a phone shop. The location of the hotel is on a buzzing street full of cafes, shops & restaurants so we didn't have to walk too far to find a shop selling the cards. At the hotel they told us that we would have to go 10kms away about 25 minutes by taxi to find a Rav card recharge place. We are very well travelled & that just didn't sound right....the authorities are not going to make the purchase of an everyday travel card so difficult. The guy who sold us the SIM card told us we would find it at the pharmacy next to our hotel. I can't remember the name of the shop but it was literally the next building sharing a common wall. It was that easy....the girl at the counter was lovely & one of the customers in the queue offered to walk with us to where we were going as he was going that way. Didn't Tali know that Rav cards are available next door ? She's managing a hotel & she didn't know this very basic piece of information relevant to all tourists ??? When we came back in the late afternoon we found our room was not made up. The clothes line in our bathroom didn't work but despite repeated requests nothing was do

房間大小適中，衛生間夠大，出熱水快。 唯一不好的是早餐，葷菜除了雞蛋，衹有熏魚三款，不太適合我的胃。 前台員工都很熱心，專業 大門口對麪是生活超市，旁邊是mall，離火車站步行8分鐘，火車到本古裏安機場20分鐘，9新錫克爾，超級划算。

Just had a fantastic 4 night in this hotel. Well situated in a side street at one end of a very long beach area.If you walk straight out of hotel for about 5 minutes walk which takes you to the boardwalk area where there are a lot of shops,cafe and restaurants. Then if you want you could walk all the way across the sea front with a lovely beach one side with hotels,cafe's and Restaurants the other side.Its also reasonable to hire beds and umbrella's.There is also showers and places to change dotted along the sea front,if you walk for a good one and a half hours you will end up in Jaffa said to be the oldest port in the world and a must see place.Hotel also has a nice long street 2 minutes walk away which is full of bars,restaurants ans cafe's.Now it is a expensive place not as crazy as I thought and you can easily find cheaper places to eat and drink.Done all the holy land trips with which were fantastic and considering it was one the busiest times of the year it was well organised and got to visit everything. Lastly I would like to mention the staff in the Port Hotel who were absolutely fantastic. Bein Harim tours for trips and gett taxi from airport are recommended.

This airport hotel is not at the airport. Traffic and security stops makes it a good 30 minute drive. Basic rooms that are clean and comfortable. The hotel is inside a secure zone contains a hospital. Attached to the hotel is a small mall with limited food options. The airport shuttle was on time and a good ride. There is no transportation from the airport to the hotel. Taxis at the airport are all very shady. Several refused to take us because we wanted them to turn on the meter.

It was a great pleasure for me to spend my stay here with you. It was just my first experience in ISRAEL. All the hotel service has been truly perfect every time I have asked. And I especially took advantage of your computer at level 10 to do some of my projects which I have come to follow. Thank you very much and see you next time

I have stayed at this hotel many times and am.yet to be disappointed. I really like the fact that it is not at all pretentious and does not pretend to be what it is not like other hotels in Israel. It is reasonably priced whatever level of room you book. All the rooms are well appointed, clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet is very good and the food in the rooftop restaurant is also very good. The staff are friendly and attentive but always professional. If you have business or family in the Ra'ananna/Kfar Sava area then you will not do better than staying at this hotel. The best recommendation I can give it, is that it is now my hotel of choice on my regular visits to Israel to visit family.
