We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 nights (16th & 17th May 2023) after leaving our cruise which had travelled from Miami USA and ended in Haifa, Israel. We travelled by train from Haifa to Tel Aviv then got a taxi outside the train station directly to the Shalom Hotel & Relax at Atlas Boutique Hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and were greeted at the entrance door by Yufus? Jusuf? (apologies if i spelt your name wrong) who lead us through towards the hotel reception desk. We were the first of a group from our ship who were due to stay at this hotel (booked by our travel agent) We were a group of 4 friends/2 couples. Within minutes of our arrival we were offered drink refreshments. The 2 ladies chose cappuccino and the 2 guys opted for a beer. These were quickly brought to us plus a plate of fresh baked croissants (told all were complimentary) Our receptionist (who we quickly found out had used to live in UK - Tottenham/London) was lovely, friendly and explained that although we were early as check-in isn’t usually until afternoon she would do her best to allocate us a room asap. We asked what the rooms where like as we hadn’t chosen them (our travel agent had included the 2 night in Tel Aviv in our cruise&stay package) We were informed our agent had booked the whole group into the hotels smallest/cheapest rooms, all with side views… but assured all were clean, comfortable and had all the amenities as the Front back facing rooms. We enquired about upgrading rooms and we were fortunate that we were able to negotiate/purchase an upgrade to 2 beautiful superior spa rooms (with hot-tub) on 4th floor, with sea views, facing the front of this hotel. These rooms were outstanding. Fabulous rainfall shower in bathroom, plenty of wardrobe space, really comfortable super-king size bed, minibar filled with complimentary soft drinks, a coffee/tea machine plus armchair, footstool and the fabulous hot-tub on a raised platform near the window. Also in our room was a complimentary gift of chocolates which was a lovely gesture by this hotel. A great way to spend the final days of our cruise & stay holiday. 👍👍👍👍👍 On the floor above us was a sun terrace equipped with daybed loungers, hammock, rocker chairs and table & chairs, plus gazebo and plenty of extra large sun umbrellas as/when shade was needed. The view from this terrace enabled us to see the sea and enjoy the fabulous sun sets each evening of our stay. This hotel offers it’s guests a fantastic complimentary snacks & drinks “happy hours” from 4pm till 6pm each evening in the ground-floor dining/lounge area. They provided tea, coffee, white wine, fruit juices, a selection of spirits plus an buffet of crisps, nuts, crackers, cheese, hot snacks selection, plus mini desserts of mousse, fruit and/or trifle. The Jacob Samuel hotel was a great choice! we got a very nice welcome despite the late arrival at 2.30 in the morning ! my friend and I had separate rooms and the manager made sure we stayed on the same floor .the very first night I got a super small room and I was not so happy but after one day I changed to a very nice room -it was really very nice - the feeling of being in the middle of the buzzing city was great. the bar on the lower floor was very nice ,we had some great food and drinks -the bar keepers are good too. the Nespresso coffee in the morning helped me get started . I did struggle with the dashboard which controls the curtains and all lights I must admit. but the shower was fantastic- there is no guarantee , no matter in which category of hotel you stay -it was exceptional ! Yaniv - the front desk manager does a great job -he seems to work around the clock and never gets tired of helping one for example finding a taxi which could become a challenge sometimes in Tel Aviv . the location of the hotel is also great! its about a max. 10 minute walk to the Hilton Tel Aviv beach -so really perfect . so many restaurants and bars on Dizengoff are reachable within Minutes - Thank you Yaniv and Team !

Shower head fell off first go, also neighbor was having sex and making very loudly but that’s just funny. The receptionist put a $250 usd hold on my card which lasted for over a month which was annoying, I don’t understand why they did that I prepaid for everything already. She also asked manager all the time so maybe just a new worker.

Regardless of the current situation that is happening in Israel, my review of my stay at this hotel will remain the same. I traveled to Israel last week for my birthday with a friend and stayed at this hotel. The only perk to this hotel is that it's next to the train station and near the Diamond District. The rooms that are advertised are not the rooms that you will receive. The hallways were dark, dingy and hot. The Deluxe Twin Bed room that we book was just a regular room with two twin beds pushed together. Some hotels think by placing caulking over mold that it will suppress the problem. It certainly will not. The bathroom was covered with mold, broken tiles and no ventilation for the excess steam. If I'm able to post pictures of room 906, I would. One of the light fixtures in the room did not work and the coffee pot had mold inside of it. There was no bucket available get ice from the 12th floor. Breakfast is not served until 7am, so if your tour begins at 7am, you'll probably waste money paying for breakfast. Overall, I enjoyed my time in Israel as usual and will visit again; however, I will not choose this hotel for my stay.

My stay at this hotel was plagued with issues. When I arrived late at night to find there is no on-site parking, I was directed to park at the hospital across the street. Trying to exit their parking lot I somehow found myself strolling through a hospital unit with my luggage around midnight. Creepy and weird. Eventually made my way to the hotel. Check in was slow and annoying, where you were forced to use some finicky tablet that didn't quite work. Room was fine, shower had good water pressure. A/C didn't work for me first two nights, but was later fixed. This was a big issue for me that cost me a night's sleep. On Thursday there is a nearby night cliub that blasts music till at least 3am, costing me another sleepless night. Breakfast is decent, though not as good as it looks at first sight. Coffee is pretty terrible. Forgot some clothes in my room at check out, called hotel and asked about it, they said they would call back but never did. Only good thing is they let me exit my room a few days early, but even that was after many attempts and them changing their position several times.

Very well located, connected to one of the airport high speed railway station. So one can easily take the train from TLV airport and walk to the reception. Connected to a shopping mall and food court. Overall therefore very high degree of convenience. Room size is excellent (we were of course upgraded), and IHG status genuinely honoured (even if you have booked through points). Our stay experience was enhanced by a gentleman called Pasha. He was omnipresent, and very helpful. When we enquired whether there’s an elevator to the station level, (my wife had a bad knee and was unable to handle steps), Pasha offered to go to the station and check! He reached our baggage in the evening and carried it back when we were checking out. He acted as the Concierge also beyond office hours. Had breakfast in the hotel and found the variety as per standards expected. Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv CC will not disappoint you. The only feedback i have is that the invoice which the receptionist promised to e mail me (she took my e mail id on a piece of paper, although it’s available as I am an IHG member), never came in.

Firstly just want to say this is unsolicited feedback :) We stayed for one night at the Ritz Carlton through a generous donation of a night of board from an anonymous donor for oncology patients. The hotel provided breakfast free of charge from their side. Having lived in Israel for many years and stayed at plenty of hotels over the years, and having stayed at many 5* establishments in Europe and the US, I have to say the service provided at the Ritz Carlton Herzlia is world class. The staff were attentive to every need, polite and friendly. The facilities are also top notch and the breakfast was simply scrumptious. Service in the restaurant was also fantastic. The hotel is located within the Herzlia Marina area where are also a range of restaurants and a shopping mall. Parking was provided free of charge as part of the accommodation. If you're looking to be spoilt and experience real 5* treatment in Israel, you should seriously consider the Ritz Carlton in Herzlia. Checkout was at 12pm which is later than most hotels in Israel (usually between 10 and 11am). We had a really relaxing time.

I loved the hotel and hotel location. It is very central and easy to commute from. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I particularly wanted to highlight Igor and Halyna - who look after floor 8 and 4. They are amazing! So attentive, so friendly and so passionate and committed to their jobs. I have never met such dedicated people. They made me feel at home! I would come back just to be looked after by them
