Je suis actuellement dans cet hôtel et quelle déception! Hier première nuit, je n’ai pas pu dormir de la nuit à cause d’un bruit de moteur lié au fait que cette chambre se situe juste à côté de la piscine! Étant allée me plaindre dès le lendemain matin car réveillée avec ce même bruit de moteur tel celui d’un avion, on me propose de changer de chambre mais je dois quitter ma chambre actuelle a 10h!!!! Pour avoir la nouvelle chambre à 15h! Dédommagement de 15% sur la première nuit certainement pas à la hauteur du désagrément subi, surtout pour avoir payé une nuit a 480 euros! Je suis actuellement dans la nouvelle chambre et je peux constater la différence de literie, mon mari aussi! On a l’impression de dormir sur une planche en bois! Un lit deux places qui n en est pas un: deux jumeaux collés côte à côte et Même pas de surmatelas! Et la propreté de cette chambre laisse Clairement a désister! Bref une honte!

The pillows, blanket and linens are clean, tidy and the bed comfortable. 65 is located at what seems to be one of trendiest spot along Rothschild Boulevard as it was crowded with locals having breakfast when we arrived at a Sabbath morning. Had to wait for requested early check-in, as the place seemed fully booked.

Check in was trouble free, you do need to make sure you have your blue ticket with your passport, which you get when you enter the country when you check-in but the staff are very good (well during the day anyway) First impressions was being greeted by a full on cake, drinks and food display which I was instructed to try (thinking it was for a conference) and it tasted good, you'll also find a barbers on the reception floor and constant security which is a nice touch. The room is long and thin and air conditioning was very good and you need it in a country like this, I even had to turn the room number up as it can get very chilly, TV was great with all the latest apps built in like Netflix and YouTube and you have a coffee machine ready to go, bathroom was full of toiletries but the shower liked to leave a lot of it's water outside of the shower, so watch out for that as the door seals are a bit old. WiFi is great and all times and you're get awesome mobile signal if you need to keep in touch. Breakfast was a real option fest, from local dishes to absolutely mind-blowing coffee made fresh on a per cup basis. This is backed up by the service but the night team can let it down, I found the receptionist was sleeping on the sofa one night and kept going back when I was talking to a friend in reception. This was a minor point, it's a very ”showbiz” type hotel and they've held parties on the roof and the biggest and best of Israel have been here. A good place to stay, the area around it seemed a bit rough and ready and I was approached by beggars three or four times near the hotel but never felt unsafe.

Magari esternamente non si presenta molto bene. Una volta entrati però si rimane piacevolmente colpiti dall'arredamento pop e inusuale. La camera era molto ampia e aveva un bagno splendido e molto funzionale. La vicinanza al lungomare è decisamente un punto a favore, così come i teli da mare e gli ombrelli a disposizione gratuitamente. C'è un comodo parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze. L'hotel non offre una colazione completa ma, al mattino, mette a disposizione dolci, biscotti, frutta e macchinetta per il caffè, sufficienti per una colazione continentale.

We arrived in the evening and self-checked in as no staff are available after 5pm. We found this easy to do. The room has a fan and air conditioning, with the latter appearing dated but functional. Both were controlled by the same unit which wasn't easy to understand, but we managed to have both on, which was needed, as the room was very hot without it. When we first arrived, we both had a shower. Unfortunately, a clump of hair was clearly visible in the plug, which I had to remove myself. I did bring this to the attention of staff the following day, and was advised this would be looked into it, but never received any further feedback regarding this. The shower consisted of a fixed waterfall head and another flexible corded one. The waterfall shower was weak, so we used the corded one, which was better, however, this was positioned at waist height on the wall, so had to be held whilst washing, which wasn't ideal. One of the pillows appeared to have signs of mould on it, that had been washed, but signs of it remained. I also advised staff about this, and was again advised it would be looked into, but the pillow we had put to one side just got returned to the bed each time the room was checked. There was a fridge in the room, which we were really happy about, as it was hot outside, and this meant we could cool water for use in the night. However, it became evident that the fridge didn't work properly and only cooled items left in it for a prolonged period. Water we had in the fridge still wasn't cold after two days. I was advised a cleaner did not come into the room every day, which was fine, however, we noticed that an old receipt which we found when we pulled back the curtain remained until we put it in the bin ourselves. There is a cafe attached to the hotel which served a sandwich or pastry along with a hot drink as part of the included breakfast. We found this to be adequate for the day ahead, with a bag being provided in advance for those days we set off early. On Saturdays, the cafe is closed and a voucher is given for alternative cafes nearby, the one we went to provided a plentiful breakfast, more than we'd ever had in the hotel cafe. We are unsure if we would have ever received this voucher however without querying the arrangements for that day. The hotel location is very good for a short walk to the beach, a good sized supermarket, bus stop, and local bars and restaurants. I would strongly advise against having room 320, as this room also had no outside space, and didn't seem well maintained or cleaned.

New restaurant - all the elements to become a really great restaurant - only opened a week or so and finding their feet - wine list still to be printed Food was top notch on a par with other top kosher dairy restaurants in Tel Aviv - flavours really came out in the food and dishes were well composed by a chef who really understands food. Novel ideas like Fish Cigars with a curry sauce, excellent Tuna Tataki (portion was quite small), great cheese ravioli with each ravioli filled with different cheese, great fish - sushi which we did not order looked amazing with the chef’s own slant. Only one desert - an amazing millefeuille - with crime brûlée style filling - a work of genius. Still work in progress - good now - but it is going to be great

We stayed at this place for 5 nights, the room was cleaned twice. It is by no means a hotel, no service. Rather air bnb. The cleaning personnel speaks only Russian and Hebrew, not very practical. Atmosphere is good, but bathroom tiny, could not even open the door fully. No cupboards, only a rail with few hangers to hang some clothes. The location is excellent. The code system to enter the house and room worked perfectly well, coffee, tea and beer on the house is a nice gesture. But too expensive for what it is, although all of Tel Aviv is frightfully expensive. Next time we'll go to a ”real hotel”.

Расположен идеально - в минуте от здания круглосуточный магазин, а в пару секундах магазинчик, где можно приобрести сим карту. 10-15 минут пешком до центральной улицы, столько же до пляжа) Единственный минус - сразу же при заезде была сломана гардина для штор в комнате (совсем не могли двигать штору из-за этого), за все время прибывания ее так и не починили.

Провели тут 3 ночи. Расположение отеля вполне устроило - вокруг много магазинов, кафе. В принципе, до любой точки города можно прогуляться. Конечно, если предполагается пляжный отдых, то это не оптимальный вариант! В отеле нет завтраков, но неподалёку можно легко найти подходящие варианты. Номер несколько тесноват, нет шкафа для одежды, даже поставить чемодан - проблема. А вот кровать удобная, душ нормальный, напор воды хороший. Раковина, правда, крошечная.) Кондиционер работал хорошо. А вот с WI-FI случались перебои. Не шумно. Вид из окна -необычный! Можно было любоваться бригадой котов, разгуливающих по соседней крыше. Персонал очень приветливый, всегда готовый помочь. Общались на английском и даже на русском. Особенно покорила нас своим обращением очаровательная девушка по имени Лиззи. Создалось впечатление, что отель в большей степени рассчитан на молодых людей, путешествующих налегке, с рюкзачком. Ощущение усугублялось наличием разнообразных дизайнерских ”фишек”, явно рассчитанных не на уставших от жизни путников. В целом, впечатление осталось позитивное!

Room is medium size. Nicely decorated. I think we had the room that is presented on their website. The beds are very comfortable. Even the coach was very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is big with a large shower cabin. The linen and towels were white and soft. The mini bar it is quite small. There are not many places to store you things except to leave them in the open. The air conditioner was working very well. We were welcomed in the room with a bottle of sparkling wine on ice. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were replaced on daily basis. Breakfast was from 7.30-10.30, and it was very good with a lot of salads, salmon, omelette, cakes and fruits. The coffee and tea were served at the table from the bar. You just indicate what you need. The juice was made on the spot with a machine from fresh squeezed oranges. It was a mixture between French cuisine and oriental one. The elevator works very well. The staff from the reception was very helpful- they can give you beach towels, they can arrange the transfer to the airport- 3 people with 3 suite cases-190 NIS in cash.
