The Jacob Samuel hotel was a great choice! we got a very nice welcome despite the late arrival at 2.30 in the morning ! my friend and I had separate rooms and the manager made sure we stayed on the same floor .the very first night I got a super small room and I was not so happy but after one day I changed to a very nice room -it was really very nice - the feeling of being in the middle of the buzzing city was great. the bar on the lower floor was very nice ,we had some great food and drinks -the bar keepers are good too. the Nespresso coffee in the morning helped me get started . I did struggle with the dashboard which controls the curtains and all lights I must admit. but the shower was fantastic- there is no guarantee , no matter in which category of hotel you stay -it was exceptional ! Yaniv - the front desk manager does a great job -he seems to work around the clock and never gets tired of helping one for example finding a taxi which could become a challenge sometimes in Tel Aviv . the location of the hotel is also great! its about a max. 10 minute walk to the Hilton Tel Aviv beach -so really perfect . so many restaurants and bars on Dizengoff are reachable within Minutes - Thank you Yaniv and Team !

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 nights (16th & 17th May 2023) after leaving our cruise which had travelled from Miami USA and ended in Haifa, Israel. We travelled by train from Haifa to Tel Aviv then got a taxi outside the train station directly to the Shalom Hotel & Relax at Atlas Boutique Hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and were greeted at the entrance door by Yufus? Jusuf? (apologies if i spelt your name wrong) who lead us through towards the hotel reception desk. We were the first of a group from our ship who were due to stay at this hotel (booked by our travel agent) We were a group of 4 friends/2 couples. Within minutes of our arrival we were offered drink refreshments. The 2 ladies chose cappuccino and the 2 guys opted for a beer. These were quickly brought to us plus a plate of fresh baked croissants (told all were complimentary) Our receptionist (who we quickly found out had used to live in UK - Tottenham/London) was lovely, friendly and explained that although we were early as check-in isn’t usually until afternoon she would do her best to allocate us a room asap. We asked what the rooms where like as we hadn’t chosen them (our travel agent had included the 2 night in Tel Aviv in our cruise&stay package) We were informed our agent had booked the whole group into the hotels smallest/cheapest rooms, all with side views… but assured all were clean, comfortable and had all the amenities as the Front back facing rooms. We enquired about upgrading rooms and we were fortunate that we were able to negotiate/purchase an upgrade to 2 beautiful superior spa rooms (with hot-tub) on 4th floor, with sea views, facing the front of this hotel. These rooms were outstanding. Fabulous rainfall shower in bathroom, plenty of wardrobe space, really comfortable super-king size bed, minibar filled with complimentary soft drinks, a coffee/tea machine plus armchair, footstool and the fabulous hot-tub on a raised platform near the window. Also in our room was a complimentary gift of chocolates which was a lovely gesture by this hotel. A great way to spend the final days of our cruise & stay holiday. 👍👍👍👍👍 On the floor above us was a sun terrace equipped with daybed loungers, hammock, rocker chairs and table & chairs, plus gazebo and plenty of extra large sun umbrellas as/when shade was needed. The view from this terrace enabled us to see the sea and enjoy the fabulous sun sets each evening of our stay. This hotel offers it’s guests a fantastic complimentary snacks & drinks “happy hours” from 4pm till 6pm each evening in the ground-floor dining/lounge area. They provided tea, coffee, white wine, fruit juices, a selection of spirits plus an buffet of crisps, nuts, crackers, cheese, hot snacks selection, plus mini desserts of mousse, fruit and/or trifle. The buffet was constantly replenished by the kitchen staff and guests were free to help themselves to whatever was on offer during this time. Napkins, cutlery, crockery and glasses etc were av

What a great find! We received a free room upgrade, a complimentary welcome drink, and an abundant breakfast all a block from the beach. Clean room, comfortable bed and a fun vibe. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The hotel is clearly meant for young people but I was happy to trade room space for a better price than the standard Tel Aviv hotels. Also a fun vibe in the lobby.

Have to write in sheer excitement about my current stay @the Herrods TLV, Came to TLV to enjoy the DocAviv Film Festival, and resplendent summer. How was it? Remarkable and extraordinary in every way, right from the outset. I was stoked! Friday the Hotel was packed full, so when I arrived on Saturday, was delighted to realize I received an upgrade. Well the view on the eighteenth floor is sensational, and the warm sea-breeze welcoming and soft. The room was pristine and brimming with new energy, if not a bit too minimal for its uninterrupted white expanses. Have to address compliments to all members of staff, for excellent service and personal attention. How wonderful a relief for solo travelers! Special thanks go to the entire, wonderful Front Office team, to the Front Desk Manager Adi, and especially to Daniel Manager of Guest Relations, for following up on my stay, and whether I was pleased with all aspects of my stay. Also, special thanks go to the F&B MAnagement, and Breakfast Hall team, for preparing and setting up an excellent, holesome, and varied breakfast, in a great ambience. Thank you also to Miri, at the bar, for your appreciated attention, presence, and caring attitude. In short - of-course would love to come back to more such calming and sensational experiences. Our stay at Metropolitan was wonderful. the amenities are great, the location is fantastic, but most of all the staff is very courteous and helpful. Ronit helped us organize a tour at the last minute and she was super helpful. Our stay in Israel was beautiful, welcoming, and interesting. We are so grateful we were able to visit. I hope to come back

I loved the hotel and hotel location. It is very central and easy to commute from. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I particularly wanted to highlight Igor and Halyna - who look after floor 8 and 4. They are amazing! So attentive, so friendly and so passionate and committed to their jobs. I have never met such dedicated people. They made me feel at home! I would come back just to be looked after by them

Very well located, connected to one of the airport high speed railway station. So one can easily take the train from TLV airport and walk to the reception. Connected to a shopping mall and food court. Overall therefore very high degree of convenience. Room size is excellent (we were of course upgraded), and IHG status genuinely honoured (even if you have booked through points). Our stay experience was enhanced by a gentleman called Pasha. He was omnipresent, and very helpful. When we enquired whether there’s an elevator to the station level, (my wife had a bad knee and was unable to handle steps), Pasha offered to go to the station and check! He reached our baggage in the evening and carried it back when we were checking out. He acted as the Concierge also beyond office hours. Had breakfast in the hotel and found the variety as per standards expected. Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv CC will not disappoint you. The only feedback i have is that the invoice which the receptionist promised to e mail me (she took my e mail id on a piece of paper, although it’s available as I am an IHG member), never came in.

clean, good service, best location. excellent value for money

This type of room that we ordered is an anti-missile shelter with a small, blocked window opening. Unfortunately this was not clear in the information provided when I made the reservation, otherwise I would not have taken such a room. Because of the protected walls there is a feeling of suffocation in the room. To change this room, we had to pay an upgrade fee. Apart from that the hotel staff is nice and helpful.
