Hotel terbaik di Tempe

I don’t usually write reviews but wanted to give this property a shout out. I recently visited for a business trip at ASU. The front desk staff was very kind, acknowledged my Titanium status and gave a room upgrade without asking. The elevator was somewhat broken during the stay but the staff did a great job of accommodating guests. I usually have low expectations for “budget friendly” Marriott properties, but this one exceeded my expectations. Will be back.

Good location. Near ASU and Salt River front and downtown Tempe. Beautiful hotel. But it did show age, particularly the guest room. But we will stay there again.

Hotel anda sangat bagus dan bersih. Ia sangat mesra di lobi. Sangat luas dan terang. Hiasan yang bagus. Rupa yang sangat segar dan bersih ... digilap. Saya menghargai perinciannya. Perkara yang sama boleh dikatakan untuk bilik saya! Pencahayaan menarik kawasan almari yang sangat selesa dan sejuk. Tempat tidur juga bersih dan selesa. Senang ada pilihan jenis bantal. Pilihan tempat duduk yang selesa di bilik saya juga bagus. Lantai yang kebanyakannya berjubin sangat bagus dengan permaidani yang cukup untuk selesa. Bagus! Pasti akan tinggal lagi dan mengesyorkan hotel ini!

Came to Phoenix from Orange County to purchase a truck for our son that lives in Durango. This hotel ended up being a pretty good location, though we had to drive about 25 minutes to the different dealerships. It looks very nice from the outside. Plenty of free parking, and a shuttle to the airport. Our check-in process was easy and the young woman was very pleasant.. We were on the 6th floor. The room was very spacious. Unfortunately, my wife found hair around the perimeter of the bathroom when she first entered. Otherwise, very clean. with two queens and a sofa bed. There was also a desk to the right once inside the door. The layout was nice. The bathroom was at the end of the beds, equidistant. Sink on the outside, enough counter space. Shower was large with doors instead of curtain, which I like. Water pressure was adequate. AC was great. It was quiet at night, and we both slept OK, but found the beds not so comfortable. Very few hotels have comfortable beds, IMO. There is a complimentary breakfast which is so common among many hotels these days, and it had all the usual fix-ins. The desk clerk checking us out, Ingrid I believe her name was, did not ask us about our stay. My wife volunteered that we liked the room except for the hair in the bathroom. Ingrid, unsmiling the whole time, simply said words to the effect that she would let management know. No apology or empathy. Maybe she was having a bad morning.

My stay at Homewood Suites in Tempe, Arizona, exceeded all expectations, thanks to the remarkable staff, with special mention to Samantha and Amanda. Their exceptional service went above and beyond, making my experience truly memorable. From the spotless room to the fantastic location, every aspect of my stay was met with enthusiasm and professionalism. I'm genuinely impressed with the entire staff, and Samantha and Amanda's dedication added an extra layer of excellence. A solid five-star recommendation for their outstanding service and hospitality.

This hotel is DA BOMB! Rooms are big, staff are friendly. It's a pretty new hotel actually. Good location. View from hotel room is awesome!

호텔방은 넓고 깨끗했어요. 스텝분들 엄청 친절하고 먼저 도와줄거없냐고 물어봐주세요. 무료주차이고 주차장도 넓었어요. 조식도 종류가 많지는 않았으나 기본적으로 있을건 다 있고 맛있었어요. 이 가격에 이정도 서비스면 가성비 갑이네요.

Check-in instruction was very detailed and complete. Customer service responds quick. Carpet needs deep cleansing. Housekeeping forgot to put hand soap. Ceiling was completely unfurnished. Room 6044

Two things we liked most about our stay - 1) our king bed was clean and very very comfortable, firm with no sagging and pillows that are not lumpy like so many other hotels, and 2) it's completely walkable to downtown Tempe, specifically Mill Ave, the popular spot with restaurants and bars. Hayden Butte (where students paint the large ”A”) is also just a 10 minute walk, as well as Sun Devil football stadium (now known as Mountain America Stadium). This hotel is good if you don't care about all the amenities - no breakfast (only coffee and muffins to buy), no restaurant in the hotel, bathroom was clean enough but a little dingy, and the air conditioner helps to drown out external noise but is a little loud. It's also more reasonably priced than some of the other hotels in the Tempe area.
