The staff is friendly and helpful. I like the private room and service provided for the dinner.

We booked the private onsen at the hotel and we love it very much. There are snacks and drinks at the lounge. The breakfast is full of variety and taste good. The staffs are very nice and helpful. There are many parking spaces but it takes a few minutes to walk by. Overall, it is a decent hotel and we love it.

The room was very spacious and clean. The price was reasonable for the ski season.

We really enjoyed our 1 nightstay there! Lovely room to sleep in and great onsen. Our room had a great view too. The breakfast spread was delicious. Would be back again!

I was bothered by the noise from the next room. The soundproofing wasn't great (it wasn't that the neighbors were particularly loud), and the food was just okay.

This hotel contains hot spring, which can relax after long trip. It also provides free shuttle to Tendo station, I enjoy living here.

Very nice of the hotel to fetch us from Tendo station, their email replies are very prompt too! This hotel is probably the tallest and biggest in Tendo. They help to make the bed too! Amazing buffet breakfast and Kaiseki dinner which I didn’t expect it! The view from the room is spectacular! Just one question is that not sure the 2kg rice that they gave us was expired haha but quite cute of a gift however too heavy for travellers! Overall love my stay here, beyond my expectations!

For our trip to Ginzan Onsen, we decided to stay in the Tendo Onsen area, and chose this hotel. The room was lovely, with a tatami mat area and a bed, just the way I like it. The hot spring was absolutely sublime, and I soaked in it for over an hour, feeling completely relaxed. The breakfast buffet also had a variety of local dishes, and I ate until I was full.
