Hotel Thai Nguyen dengan Sarapan

No concept of customer service. No proper blankets and when asked to provide warmer blankets (they gave bedsheets for blankets), they said it’s not been washed since winter (6 months ago). At breakfast buffet, asked for extra meat in Pho, and staff said they did not have enough for guests. Cockcroaches in dining area.

Hotel is very central to the city. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. The front desk staff spoke very good English. Laundry came back on time and was correctly done. I was there at the height of the pandemic so i think normally it woiuod have been an even better experience.

This family added rooms to their home, to host travellers. This was a little bit hard to find, but I was very welcome. They do not speak English, but they are very friendly. If I have to get back to Thai Nguyen, I know where to go. This is not close to the center, but surely have buses to go. Motorbikes are not allowed in the Center, but I could access to the Stadium :-)
