The rooms were clean and comfortable. The checkin process was flawless. All the amenities provided in the descriptions were present. The room was spacious. The staff were friendly

Room was very small. Didn’t provide chilled water in the room. I checked in at 11pm with my family. I didn’t feel safe to stay at night. Definitely not a family hotel.

1. Had booked an ac deluxe but got a standard room. 2. The room did not have a work desk, cupboard, bathroom essentials. 3. The staff was very rude. They did not respond to our queries. 4. Experience was terrible, even mm t employees said the hotel staffs were rude during the process of resolution. 5. We got standard room just because they did not have any room left. There was no response from their end. We had booked room 4-5 days earlier still we didn't get the deluxe room. We were forced by staff to take the standard room with deluxe charges. Hospitallity was worse.

It’s not exactly in. Vashi it’s at Sampada very inside I was only half an hour late in waking up during checkout she charged 500 for it extra she said it hard voice no madam you have to pay 500 extra for not leaving room by 11am
