Room are clean and pleasant. Services are goood.krushna and manjiri was helpful and good at reception house keeping was kind to us good service thank you team for all good service surely we will visit again in gingers hotel thane Thank you so much staaf

I am staying at 218 is very amazing stay with ginger thane.stafs are very cooperative with given the service and Priyadarshan is help with reception anything I require and housekeeping staff vinod is very helpful for me at the time of checkout all the staff are help me. Thanks for everyone Ginger staff.

Rooms are good.but AC and TV are not working properly. Service is not bad.Room cleaning service is doing good. chandha did a good job. Services needs improvement.Overall the service is good and needs some improvements in few services.Breakfast needs some options

AC are fixed at 30 deg celcius - you have to bear the heat. You have to move upto first floor to take lift to 2nd floor. No amenities provided by the hotel but charges are not less than hotels which provides all amenities. Even the hot water kettle is missing from the room. TV was in throwable condition Restaurant is adjacent to hotel but you get wet if there is rain. The food quality is worst.

I am staying in ginger thanne and got excellent support from Afreen .she was really supporting on each day. I would like to appreciate her dedication throuhout the day . I was really enjoyed my stay here. I may look the same hotel for our next stay

Hotel Ginger, Thane is located at good location. Easily accessible. Rooms are good and spacious. Ms. Nikita helped is seamless check in process and gave an upgraded room. Mr. Priyadarsan supported a lot during the stay. Hotel Ginger can look into providing good breakfast like in other ginger hotels.

Hotel is in central location or we can say prime location, This would be great if you are planning for business or family tour , Service is excellent & staff is very cooperative. I stayed here for 3 Days...... Very nice experience to stay Here.
