We had a super relaxing stay at this hotel. From when we were collected from the train station to when we sadly had to checkout, nothing was too much for the friendly and professional staff. The beautiful grounds overlooking the ocean, the warm bath large pool and huge breakfasts were all fab. Easy also to travel round - the path to other parts of Varkala really helpful too. Thanks for our exceptional stay. Only minor grumble would be the old state of the tennis racquets and only two balls. The actual court was great.

It was very nice and comfortable. The hotel is very close to beach with many facilities. You can trust this place with full heart. Staffs are excellent except Manager. He has serious manner issue and he hasn’t invited anyone of the guests whenever I see him in reception. Dude thinks that he is Peaky blinder or some celebrity figure😎

I stayed at Niraamaya Retreats - Kovalam Beach Resort from 27th February to 10th March 2025 and had an incredible 14-day experience. Known for its world-class Ayurvedic treatments, I chose a wellness package that included personalized therapies, therapeutic massages, and a specially curated vegetarian diet. The meals, prepared with fresh spices, were an absolute delight. Set on a scenic hillside surrounded by lush greenery, the resort offers stunning views with the beach just 50 meters away. However, some paths are uneven with multiple steps, so walking carefully is advised. The resort is committed to eco-conscious living, promoting sustainability among guests. A highlight of my stay was sunrise yoga by the seaside, where the soothing sound of waves enhanced the meditation experience. The staff were exceptional, ensuring every guest felt welcome and cared for. Housekeeping maintained impeccable cleanliness, sweeping daily for mosquitoes and providing nets for a peaceful, bite-free sleep. A special thank you to the team for their warm hospitality and the thoughtful gift—a beautifully engraved wooden box with my name and authentic Kerala spices, which I will cherish. This retreat has been life-changing, helping me with weight loss and overall well-being through Ayurveda, especially when Western medicine had failed me.

We booked this hotel for three nights and its one of the best hotel I stayed recently . Rooms are luxurious with all quality toiletries . The staffs are all humble, polite and always welcome us with a genuine smile. We had only break fast but the food was delicious with varieties . But they can improve the quality of desserts and bread items in break fast buffet. Its just a feed back rest everything was awesome. Special thanks to FO team , ***ger Shinoj , EX Chef , waitress at restaurant who assisted us during BF( Don't know her name ) and all members at CR TVM. Keep up the good work and we shall visit this property again.

The KTDC Grand Chaitram, Thiruvananthapuram is a government hotel which provides quality services at affordable tariffs. The hotel is located in the centraI Trivandrum which is the older part of the city on the main road. The Trivendrum Central Railway Station is right accross the road and Thampanoor Bus stand is adjacent to the hotel. Yet the road is remarkably congestion-free and quite. You won't hear street noise in your room. This part of the city is very well connected to all other parts of the city. The drive to hotel from airport took around 45 minutes. Please remember that Uber & Ola are available in three or four large cities of the state. The checkin was fast and we had to wait for around 15 minutes before we were ushered into our room. We stayed from 30th May to 1st June in superior room at fourth floor . It contains a sitting room and a bed room. The rooms are spacious and have all amenities. The laundry service is fast and reasonably priced. Though there is definitely a huge language barrier, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and house keeping is good. A small private parking is available. The food quality and the buffet breakfast spread are average. A quicker response to service requests is desired. The location is top notch. Most of the tourist place like Napier Museum, Zoo, Aquarium, Art Gallery, Kanakakunnu Palace, Science and Technology Museum, Planetarium etc. are within 5 km. The temple of Padmanabhanswami is around 1 km away. If you want to eat out try Aryaas Park (veg) 50 m and Azad Hotel 500 m away. One can go to Pothy Textile 500 m away for shopping clothes.

It's a wonderful and amazing experience with this hotel and courteous staff. Me and my husband stayed in from 07 Jun to 11 Jun 2024. From the check in to Check out , we were fully taken care by the amazing staff. Afsal is an amzaing staff witty, chatty and caring together with Devika (my favourite beauty Kutty) and Amuritha -they really took care of our food and being vegetarian -they offered the choices for the vegetarian food. Chef Arun is a fantastic and caring person. He listened to our story and As my husband just completed the 24 days or Ayruveda treatment, he has to continuoulsy take his medication and kashyam which need to be brewed for the sometime. Chef Aurn took care of this and also Mahesh also managed this and send this to our room. Because of Chef Aurn's initiative, my hubby coninued his medication without fail. All of them are hospitable and really made us feel at home. The room service is fantastic from providing necessities to water and replacing the spoilt safe. The 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (i cant remember his name but he's slim and had curly hair and very pleasant personality) is fantastic and took care to our needs. My husband felt that he's in wonderland and as the jeanne in the lamp, you ask for something and your needs are fulfilled. They are very timely and fulfilling. Last but not least, I would like congratulate the Hilton Garden's management for finely grooming your team and staff and step up the customer service towards customer excellence. I wish everyone including the front counter staff, the security and guards best wishes and happy working in this fantastic customer oriented environment.

It was a nice experience staying in Hyatt Regency in Thiruvananthapuram. We are family with two kids and had booked one regency suite and one king room for our 3 nights stay. The checkin process was smooth and took hardly 3 to 4 minutes to complete the formalities. We were given connecting rooms and kids had fun and enjoyed moving around comfortably. The rooms were fairly big and were neat and clean with attention to detail. The breakfast was very good with more vegetarian options. All the staff of Malabar Cafe were courteous and suggested to try local delicacies and were generous enough to serve at the table. However, vegetarian options were very limited during our dinner. Check out process was equally smooth. It was a pleasant and memorable stay at Hyatt Regency.

EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY FROM THE ENTIRE STAFF .We are comfortable even though we reached there early . Actually  we book the rooms online so our booking time is12 pm but we reached there at nearly 10 o'clock. also the staff do all theneedful things we want and make arrangements for having breakfast and make roomsavailable within 30 mins . And talking about the rooms, it's impressive, very cleanand well organised . Actually our purpose was to visit the temple .And they guided us about the timing of the temple and they arranged a vehicle for the whole day trip within our budget .Also the location of the hotel was near the railway station if it was so convenient for travellers . From our experience we strongly recommend this hotel for families .

We had come here last week. Even though we reached early they were able to accomodate us and arranged for breakfast. The staff are very helpful and always do their work with a smile. A special mention of Mrs Usha who is kind of their all in one staff. She was here, there and everywhere. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone interested in traveling a little out of Trivandrum in the midst of nature.
