The location is good and the hotel is just fine. Need some renovation around the path leading to beach. ***y opt for this location for ease of access to beaches, if that is not maintained it will lead to disappointment. The SPA is not per the expectation and the maintenance of the spa is very bad. Food is above average. The buffet breakfast is fine but lacks variety for those staying longer. Overall it was a good experience. The attender at the pool Mr. Babu is very good, he should be awarded for his fine service. Overall the hotel staff are polite and well ***nered and hear to our concerns.

After 2 weeks in the hustle and bustle of Rajasthan, we needed an escape and this resort had everything. The huge room (with outdoor bath and shower!) had a very comfortable bed and a perfect view. The restaurant was excellent, the spa top class and the service absolutely first class. NB we had read on TA about noise from the construction of a new container port. We can report that the work is finished and you hear nothing from the port. It is actually quite lovely to sit on the terrace with a gin watching a ship sail in!

We stayed in multiple 5 star properties in Thiruvananthapuram in our 6 days trip. We checked-in into Vivanta for our final day. We booked a deluxe suite room and a deluxe room. Simply the best in the city. The ambience, the restaurants and food options, the staff and the services are fantastic. Vishnu kumar and another female staff from the front desk to be specially mentioned for the impeccable service. Getting the room ready quickly, arranging for bday cake, and getting luggages arranged, all taken care of. The buffet option is also good. I would suggest adding more Indian sweets in dessert options. Next time no more shuffling of hotels. Vivanta you are the best.

Guest welcome is too good. Check in is fast. Nice view. I visited foray 2 year old daughter bady. Candle light dinner was so nice and super good. Specially zubin from restaurant is very friendly. His guest caring skills are next level. He deserves suitable appreciation. I am super satisfied with his service.

Our stay at Taj Kovalam was very memorable. Hospitality is outstanding. Every staff over there took care of us so nicely at every place. Food was also very tasty with variety and always ready to prepare whatever we ask for. Evening complimentary tea at Biat with stunning views of the beach is really never forgettable. Complete property is very clean and green. One would feel like in a green forest. Thank you everyone for making our vacation so memorable. Also it was my daughter’s birthday during arrival and room was decorated with a cake. We were also surprised with a gift during check out.
