Rockholm at the Light House Beach

Rockholm at the Lighthouse Beach is one of the best places for Ayurveda treatment we have visited so far. Located directly in front of Arabian Sea, our room was offering a fantastic view. From the small garden you easily have access to a beautiful beach that is much less crowded than the nearby „touristic“ beaches. The treatment is taken serious. Doctors look at you individually on an every day base. The food (strictly vegetarian) is excellent and offers a wide variety. All people working there have been tremendously friendly and helpful during the whole stay. The therapists are very knowledgeable and helpful. Particularly I need to mention Khrisna who took very well care of me. Overall we fully enjoyed our stay and most likely will come back .

Rockholm Ayurveda Retreat was a real experience. We were very well welcomed, had a great medical consultation and accordingly specified treatments and medication. It is a place to relax, gain new energy and get healthy. The pool area and the beach are beautyful. The ayurvedic food is excellent. All the stuff is very courteous. Hotel itself is really nice with everything you need.

Great place for a relaxing Aryuveda retreat. Super-friendly and accommodating staff, excellent food and wonderful treatments. Its small size (20 guests maximum) really makes a difference. Nestled at the Arabic Sea shore gives this resort a special touch. A place to calm down and find your inner self.

We had a fantastic stay at Rockholm. When were deciding we were a bit apprehensive as we have been to their other location, Natika and were unsure if it will be the same standard. I have to say everything was exactly the same standard, and the location is better, as you are right by the beach. The food and treatment are fabulous and the best part is the always smiling staff and their top notch service. We have been to other ayurvedic resorts but we are now a lifetime member of this group and we highly recommend Rockholm.

We are having 2 weeks Ayurvedic treatment at Rockholm Lighthouse resort and experiencing it wonderfully. Doctors, therapist, and all staff here are so helpful and are ready to service us with their best. I recommend anyone to come to experience it.
