It was a pleasant stay for business travellers. Food was okay. Room was spacious. Location was easily accessible.

Excellent rooms. Great comfort, well maintained. Pleasant staff. Good food at the restaurant. Conveniently located and easy access. Great service at reasonable price.

Food ordered from room was very good. But breakfast was not so good as last time when I stayed here i.e. most probably in the year 2018. This is my 4th stay at Niya Regency .

Niya residency is an excellent property for both leisure & business stay nicely maintained with ample space for parking. Staff is good. Rooms are decent with other amenities. I personally liked the hotel

Place is good. Nearby to city. Breakfast is good. Clean environment. Had to do early check in and they charged for that which is ok.

I stayed here overnight. It was a pleasant experience. Clean place, courteous staff and good food. Decent parking space was also available.

Location was apt for me just a few km from where i wanted to go. The rooms were spacious and good and good spread on the breakfast too
