The hotel location is amazing, it's located right next to the river, so it's very convenient to go for a walk in the evening and enjoy amazing views from the both sides of the river🌆
The hotel itself is new and super tidy, the interior is very elegant and stylish. Also, it has free underground parking, which is very convenient if you come by car.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us with all the questions. All the employees we met were super welcoming and spoken English even though we could speak Chinese.
The breakfast was really good, there was variety of western pastry, fruits, salad, as well as a good choice of drinks and nice coffee🥐☕️
In overall, we really liked the hotel and would love to come there again👍

Masuk ke dalam bilik, pasangkan kad dan langsir elektrik akan terbuka secara automatik, memberikan anda pemandangan panorama Itali! Ia tidak terlalu mudah untuk kanak-kanak menyambung ke Bluetooth, pembesar suara bilik dan tayangan skrin TV! (Pada asalnya saya bercadang untuk berpindah ke lokasi yang berbeza dan tinggal di tempat tarikan, tetapi saya akan terus tinggal di rumah yang sama dengan segera. This hotel is in a GREAT location for tourists (near heaps of great restaurants and bars - scenic area and Heping Road shopping) or business travellers (I was attending a conference at the Meijiang conference centre) and has really lovely big modern rooms. The downsides - there is only 1 lift for all 10 floors (which are dispersed throughout 24 floors) of the hotel so the wait for the lift can be frustrating, also the reception staff struggled with the fact I had made 2 separate bookings (to separate work from personal travel) for the same room even though it was carefully explained in Chinese and a note should have been recorded against the room - instead it meant my room wasn’t serviced properly on my last full day and also my room keycard was deactivated. The irritations aside, this is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I would stay here again as the rooms really are so nice.

- Walls are paper thin, you’ll hear women working hard..
- The pool changing rooms are quite dirty and untidy, also mobile phones in the hot pool/spa should be banned.
- No extraction fan in the bathroom.
- The air con works but there is a faint smell of cigarettes that wafts through the room.

PPengguna TetamuEnjoyed our two night stay.The hotel staff is beyond amazing. Very kind and welcoming. Check in was smooth and fast , the staff is very kind,fast and helpful in answering any questions and addressing any issues.
On second day, had an emergency travel to Beijing, Ms Pang Ping and Wang helped organize transport to airport to get subway to Beijing, she kept checking in to see where we had reached on our return back and organized for a car to pick us up since we arrived late at night. She handed us over to the evening staff smoothly to help us with the late night arrival back to the hotel. Mr Wang our driver to the airport spoke English and was helpful in giving us directions to the subway and train station.
The driver, Mr. Chen, very kind man, was already at the airport by the time we arrived to pick us up.
When we got to the hotel, he helped to get a refreshment from the hotel restaurant.
We had an early morning flight and Ms Song Jia and Ms Wang Qian were very kind to give us a wake up call at 4:30am, organize for us a car to the airport and helped me us with our luggage .
The hotel stay overall was comfortable and nice. Slept in the business double room. The rooms are spacious, very clean and are cleaned daily. There’s a self service laundry room at the hotel.
Excellent service and staff.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Excellent facilities and totally worth the stay. Recommended for travelers who want a quiet night stay and also close hotel to the airport 🥰😘

The location of the hotel was excellent. There are many shopping malls in the vicinity and it is convinence for tourist like us.
The hotel's rooms are clean and service are up to my expectation. Breakfast are good and it is included.
I will definately stay there if I happen to visit Tianjin again.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama不得不誇下，首先是沒想到能離天津南站有那麼近，那麼舒服的酒店。聽經理説剛開店3天，設施非常乾淨，舒服。裝修非常的大氣。
再説説服務，因為和朋友大晚上沒趕上高鐵，臨時定的酒店。其實已經精疲力盡，前台小姐姐非常的貼心，周到。加了我微信隨時聯繫她，給我們到店換了雙床房，還負責給我們看着外賣，用機器人給我們送上樓。
第二天一早退房，中午才想起丟了什麼。微信小姐姐，小姐姐即可給我快遞到我的下一站。
旅途能遇到那麼貼心的酒店，心情真的一下變太美麗了～～～

VVerusha GovenderThe accommodation at Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city met all the standards. The staff were friendly and spoke English. They made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were always clean and service was great. The location was really good you were able to access Aqua city mall via the hotel at the restaurant level. There was also L+ mall across the road. The subway was 100m away and getting around the city was easy. The only think I could fault them on was that I booked a room with the street view at the top level and instead I got the top level with no street view. However the stay was great.

PPengguna Tetamu這次來真的是驚喜，先是被門頭大屏幕吸引的，這個酒店就在意式風情街，位置景無敵，看出來用心了，房間挺乾淨，且中途還換了房體驗，我的建議是和哥們一起來一定上下鋪，太有感覺了，大床適合小情侶，隔音也是一流。前台服務特別棒，也有機器人給送餐，問了一下一套設備好幾萬，早上來一套煎餅果子，完美😍唯一不足人流量大，停車得讓門口大爺給安排，不過大爺特別熱心，房間儘量提前定，經常性滿房，這次相當滿意👍

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondThe Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit.
This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China.
We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La.
Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La.
We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La.
Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition.
Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there.
However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special.
As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people.
Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business.
For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage.
All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team.
Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager.
This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible.
Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure.
No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La.

This, as another branded hotel, disappointed us greatly, due to basic facilities not being available (we checked out).
Upon arrival at the Somerset Olympic Tower, we were warmly received, by the front of house.
Special thanks to ”Avery”, for her hospitality and for making us feel right at home, much appreciated.
Note: Check in and check out, was effortless and prompt, the way it should be. Thank you.
Our suite was exceptionally well equipped.
A well layed out kitchen, with major (Fridge, Washing Machine) and minor appliances (Microwave) as well as cutlery and crockery.
(Everything you need, for a long or short stay).
The dining room had a table and chair set, suitable for family or friends.
We enjoyed the lounge area as well, the sofa was comfortable and the area is well organised.

The bedroom has a on suite bathroom, equiped with a bathtub / shower combination.
We found the bed to be comfortable, with quality bedding on it.
The suite has numerous windows, with clear city views.
Breakfast (buffet) was excellent, with a great selection (Western and Chinese Style).
The facilities are on international standard.
Guests can enjoy a fully equiped professional gymnasium, and a heated swimming pool during their stay.
Overall we were extremly satisfied with the service received, the facilities and the meals.
We look forward to visiting the ”Somerset Olympic Tower” often, and in the near future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the attentive staff.
The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly furnished. The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, and the amenities, including the well-stocked minibar and luxurious toiletries, added an extra touch of indulgence to my stay.
One of the highlights of my experience was the dining options at the hotel. Whether I was enjoying a sumptuous breakfast buffet or indulging in a gourmet dinner at the hotel's restaurant, every meal was a culinary delight. The diverse menu offered something for every palate, and the quality of the food was exceptional.
The hotel's facilities were also impressive. I made full use of the fitness center, which was equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and I even had the chance to relax and unwind in the spa,
What truly set Crowne Plaza apart, however, was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, from the concierge who helped me plan my day to the housekeeping staff who kept my room pristine.
Overall, my stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From the luxurious accommodations to the exceptional service, every aspect of my experience was top-notch. I can't wait to return for another memorable stay.
