Room size is acceptable for family room. Location is quite ok, 1-2km to train station and also near to Binhai library. Window view is a school but not noisy.

Our stay in Mayfair was satisfactory; however, we noted a few issues: the room and lobby were excessively cold, and the bathroom door, being made of glass, lacked a lock and had a significant gap, making it difficult to close comfortably.

Not a great location. Water park, Binhai library looks near, but it separated by a long highway.

Already our fixed stop while visiting this area of Tianjin as the hotel is very convienent to nearby tasty restaurants and also the AVM is walking distance 10min ALways ready a taxi which is helpful if you don't use the app to get it

Staff was fixing or carrying something at middle of night. I couldn't sleep. Sound isolation is very bad, you can even hear next door phone ring. Room smells very bad.

The room is big enough, clean and tidy. There is also a bathtub at this price, city! However, the hotel may have been opened for a long time, and the hardware facilities in the room are a bit old. The lobby is still quite grand. The front desk and floor service staff are great! The service attitude and awareness are great! Thumbs up!

A very thoughtful hotel. The parent-child room also has children's toys, tents, children's bath towels, children's toothbrushes, free fruit, free drinks in the refrigerator, and a great breakfast. Everything is delicious. I made a bacon sandwich myself. There is a parking lot in front of the door and an underground parking lot. These star-rated hotels are more reliable and the service is professional.

The room decoration is old, the overall service is OK~ The hotel I booked temporarily for May Day is a bit high, this four-star hotel is not very qualified... Parking is convenient

I entered the hotel lobby around 14:40 on May 3, carrying a bunch of bags and waiting to check in. I wondered if she would not be scolded for her eyesight and business ability? At 15:00, I got the room card 706, and I checked in for 20 minutes alone, haha. Then the hotel facilities can be old, but they can't be dirty or broken. This room was cleaned for a long time and it looked clean at first glance. There were still clumps of dust, hair and food residues in the corners of the floor (preliminary judgment was that they were puffed food). Didn't you treat me as a human being? What did you clean if you didn't let me check in? The hotel rating of four stars may not be worthy of me. There is nothing much to say. I wish your hotel a prosperous business with Ctrip's half-star praise.
