Hotel facilities is very high quality and using robot to send things to you. Free laundry and good buffet breakfast. The hotel aircon temperature in Room 713 is controlled and not able to adjust to the temperature that you want. My indoor room temperature Is set to 27 degrees and very hot In late night after feedback to to the front desk, room is changed immediately and upgraded to a bigger room. Very efficient. Free airport transfer by Mercedes Benz SUV , bus driver is very friendly and helpful.

Robin is my reference hotel from the Tianjin airport area, very convenient if you need to work in the industrial park. Coffee shop and restaurants a few minutes walking. The staff is very friendly and offers to help you even if they don't speak English. Just to remark that the Gym room currently is not in the best moment, it needs clean and maintenance. Also have to be careful with bad smells of moisture close to the rooms, for the rest everything is perfect. Good and big room, good shower, excellent bed... Highlight to Ms. Rita always with personalized attention, very good professional, ah! And speak English thing that is appreciated. Hotel 100% recommended. Sure I'll be back soon, Gracias!

The hotel is fine for its price. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, and the service is excellent. While it is close to the airport, it is far from the city and the train stations.

We feel like family coming to the hotel, the staff is very friendly and knows us by now. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast buffet is really awesome.

rooms are a little dated and a little miss match in colour scheme and floor in the washroom has the last customers hair but either then that everything was great. Would recommend if you have a flight next day or so this hotel is very close to the airport and a free Mercedes shuttle you can book at the front desk for free to take you to airport

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The hotel is near Tianjin Binhai International Airport, it takes only 15 minutes by car to get there. I highly recommend this hotel. ❤️

It was around area of airport. Little bit far from central area of city. Beside from that everything is good. Hotel facilities, service and foods are good.

The hotel is very close to the airport which is great if you are traveling 🧳 15 min away to be exact. The room was clean and cozy, it had everything you need for the night. They had an organized driving service to the airport for free which is great👍 The staff was very friendly and pleasant 😊 Would recommend ✌️

Room is very spacious, beyond our expectations. Check in was smooth. They accommodate our request for two rooms together on the same floor. Break fast decent. They help us to find Indian Restaurant address and food delivery was quite good。They provide airport drop off or pick up service which is great value for travelers Delivery by Robot excellent
