Excellent hotel right next to the exhibition center. not the best of locations unless you at an event at the exhibition center, other than that you will need a car or subway journey to get to things inside Tianjin

I like to leave positive reviews when I write them, but in this case I cannot. Unless you are attending a conference at the convention center this place is far away from everything that a normal traveler would like. The room had a table but only one chair so we couldn’t sit together. The staff was not friendly and the checkout process was very disappointing.

Amazing living at Marriot Tianjin. The frontdesk staff is very nice and helpful. And felt cozy with the style of room decoration. Only one thing needs to be improved is about the breakfast service and seems the staff lack of proactive. However, the manager or supervisor helped me.

I stayed at the hotel because my child was having a fencing competition. Since the previous group of guests delayed their check-out until 2 o'clock, it was already 18:00 when the room was cleaned and checked in. Grace at the front desk provided good service, sent a welcome drink, and arranged a late check-out for the next day. The hotel breakfast was good, with my favorite cheese and pancakes 👍. Because the restaurant is large, there is no waiting even during peak meal times. The hotel has complete facilities, including a gym, a children's activity center, and a standard swimming pool. The room is also quite large, and the check-in experience is good! After leaving the ground, the electric kettle that fell in the room was also found and sent back in time. Thanks Jenny!

The room facilities are OK, very new, and the room is relatively comfortable. Because it was my friend's birthday, the hotel thoughtfully upgraded the suite. The tomato and egg noodles in the lounge at night were delicious, and the stew was very good. There were some minor episodes in the middle, but fortunately they were properly resolved in the end, and the attitude of manager Elaine was very good.

The hotel is new, clean, and the staff is very friendly. I was not disappointed with the western restaurant downstairs. Compared with the InterContinental the night before, everything is really good except the location is a little off. The cleaning staff should pay attention to the blind spots, some places are still overlooked. I didn't expect the curtains, and they had to be opened manually, which was a bit cheap. And the curtains were not covered tightly. It affected my sleep in the next day.

The hotel is very new and the hardware and software are very good. I have to praise the hotel's service here. The reception and the receptionist are very warm and thoughtful. Because there were so many people during the May Day holiday, the occupancy rate was full. When asking about parking, parent-child swimming pool, breakfast and extra meals, they will explain in detail and give suggestions on time arrangements and costs. One detail reflects the excellent management of the hotel. Even if so many guests are queuing for breakfast, the reception is still arranged reasonably, the tables are turned over and cleaned quickly, and the manager will come up to replenish or guide the coffee machine to other machines when it is short of water or milk. Compared with many hotels that have to find staff to deal with it, it is much better.

This time, in order to watch the May 1 Tianjin International Auto Show and travel around, I chose the Marriott Hotel and stayed for three days and two nights. The experience was excellent. The hotel environment is elegant, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, the room facilities are complete, the lighting is good, and the hotel is convenient for travel. There is an underground parking lot for self-driving. If you don't drive, you can take a taxi or subway. The only drawback is that the breakfast variety is a bit single, not as good as other five-star hotels. I hope there will be more choices for breakfast in the future.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every link showed the ultimate dedication to service.
