Hotel berhampiran el valle Park, Tijuana

I had a good stay at the holiday inn otay the the regular rooms are bigger Than most hotel room in Tijuana Tijuana I think like 355 Sq feet something like that. I have not stayed in the suites.. thats bigger . it's right in the mall and next to airport. It has a fridge and microwave which is very useful and all the other normal stuff that comes with the hotel... I got some of my answers when I wrote my first add.. yes friendss are allowed to visit they do have late and early check in if your ihg member like the holiday inn.. I'm going to say the girls who check me in the mornings pr afternoon are very nice .. I'm gonna say this I did have a problem with an overnight male employee that actually made me want to check out early. cause thus employees was rude hey is older guy with white or Grey hair. ..but the general manager Marco hopefully kinda fix the situation.. so I would like to say the general manager is nice and I want to thank him him for his understanding and if you email the general manager he will respond... I know when I write the front they hardly respond to email.. but the general manager will respond he is very nice So my whole stay was great except for the last 4 hours. So the girls at check in were very nice.. the general Manger Marco was very nice... oh yeA the do have a breakfast buffer and the guy who does that is very nice and attentive to needs. The beds were comfortable.. good water pressure with the shower.. and yes they have hot showers which is good. Thank you holiday inn otay for a good stay

Es un hotel muy bueno, en muy buena ubicación, buena atención. Pero el cuarto que me tocó, olia mal.

This is my second visit to the Quartz for medical tourism. The location is perfect in a nice part of town and the upper plaza has its own level connected to the New City Medical building and so medical offices are easily and safely accessible to guests. Pool and spa were well maintained and a beautiful garden is also out in the area. Within walking distance is a market and a ****** and little shops. Taxis are easy to find should you need. The rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable robes and attention to details like lighting and temperature. The staff is pleasant and there is always someone who speaks English well enough to communicate. They are friendly and helpful. There is an upscale Spa and artist feel to the place. I will be back.

Esta ha sido la peor experiencia y la más aterradora. Me quedé con mi esposa y mi hijo de 1 año. Al llegar, el personal fue amable, pero me dijeron que no podían encontrar el control remoto de la televisión. Dijo que subiera a la habitación y me traerán uno. Cuando entró a la habitación, la puerta corrediza de vidrio del baño se estaba cayendo a pedazos y parecía que se iba a caer en cualquier momento. Le dije a la señora que me trajo el control remoto que la puerta corrediza del baño estaba floja y que estaba yo realmente preocupado, ya que podría caer sobre mi hijo y lastimarlo y ella dijo que no hay nadie para arreglarlo en este momento. Después de 30 minutos, voy a la recepción y mencioné que faltaba el control remoto de A/C y les dije nuevamente por segunda vez que estoy realmente preocupado por la puerta corrediza de vidrio, me dieron la misma respuesta. Más tarde, a las 9:30 pm, mi esposa se metió al bano a d**** una ducha y después de un minuto escuchó un estrépito. La puerta corrediza de vidrio del bano se le cayó en sima a mi esposa lastimando la mano mientras intentaba cubrirse la cabeza ya que es baja de estatura. Inmediatamente me apresuré al baño y vi sangre por todas partes donde estaba sangrando ella de su pie, brazo derecho y mano, muñeca y dedos. Fui a la recepción porque el teléfono no funcionaba y les dije que ya no podía quedarme allí ya que ponían en riesgo la vida de mi familia y nosotros nos ibamos a quedar 2 noches (26 y 27 de semptiembre) pero ya no podía quedarme ni un minuto más en tan horrible hotel (26 de septiempre ese mismo dia nos salimos a las 10pm). La señora del mostrador llama al gerente propietario o supervisor y él llama a la policía. Les dije que no me importaba si llaman a la policia ni el dinero, que se lo podían quedar, pero que sería justo no cobrarme por el día siguiente y él dijo que cobraría por las dos noches y que yo tendría que pagar por la puerta de vidrio. Una vez que llegó la policía les expliqué y me dijeron que soy libre de irme y que no me preocupo por pagar la puerta de vidrio, no pueden detenerte por lo que pasó aquí. Presentó una denuncia al Ministerio Público para que pongan fin a esto. Este hotel no deveria ser aprovado por la ciudad y por solo su negligecia mi esposa salio lastimada y no deverian poner vidas en peligro, alguien algun dia puede asta morrir por errores de este hotel. Esa noche pudo haber sido mi hijo, ya que mi esposa siempre se ducha con él, excepto que tuvo un presentimiento de madre y decidió entrar sola. También denuncié a la agencia con la que reservé esto por intentar exponiendo de negligencia y robar nuestro dinero y por establicimiento no cuenta con las medidas de seguridad adecuadas.

Нормальный отель. 3 мин езды от границы. Стены из картона, слышно буквально всё! Горячая и холодная вода есть. Кондиционер не включали, было прохладно. Телевизор не смарт. Завтрак включен в цену, вкусно. Цена конечно высокая, но это лучшее из подобных предложений.

I was in this fantastic hotel to celebrate the independence of Mexico from September 15 to 16, this hotel has the largest rooms, comfortable, impeccable, amenities and the best thing is the terrace that is on the top floor with an exceptional view, prices They are very reasonable, but best of all is the great team they have, starting with the reception, everyone is very professional and very friendly and with a warm welcoming smile.

Now called the INTJ Hotel. Calling Tijuana a border town, yes, it is on the border but it’s also a city of two million people with it’s own very special culture. Tijuana is a vibrant and vital part of Mexico. I like to visit there because it is so Mexico and so close. The INTJ Hotel is one of those gems that makes enjoying Mexico so special. A little Spanish helps but it can be fun just to struggle with people whose English may be no better than your Spanish and the manager speaks excellent English. The staff are all hospitable and helpful. I was struck by the coincidence of “In TJ,” They say it has nothing to do with the Briggs-Meyer test but as an INTJ myself I had to try it. It is a beautiful small hotel with very conscious and enjoyable decor, pastels and artwork. The rooms all on the second floor have a view of the street. It was nicely quiet unless I opened the window to enjoy the street sounds. They also have interior rooms with skylights, that are very quiet and still bright. In the morning, they serve coffee and juice, pan dulce and cereal in the lobby which feels like a family room. It is just a charming place to stay right in downtown Tijuana a block away from Avenida Revolucion but feeling very comfortable, busy outside and very Mexican. There are some excellent cafes, breakfast and lunch restaurants and all the restaurants and night life of downtown Tijuana nearby. . I had a great stay in a beautiful and comfortable little hotel, right in the center of town. They are reasonably priced and it’s just a great place to stay.

Right in heart of downtown, all bars & shops are tourist friendly along with prices. Few blocks from Zona Norte, if you like being in middle of action than Ceasers is your place. Family friendly, limited services outside of room cleaning but does have ample towels & toiletry with coffee/tea in morning. Guest friendly as well. Staff speak English but not having fitness center leaves it uncomplete. Pricey for limited options & standard room are tiny. Gets noisey if room facing revolutiones but ear plugs help. Ok for the money.

I came home intoxicated after a night on Revoluccion (like that's ever happened to anyone before, right?) and apparently I had trouble finding my key, opening my door and finding my friend from whom I'd gotten separated. The staff apparently decided I was disorderly. My bad, I'm not proud of it (if that's really what happened, which I don't know). But here's what they did. They physically threw me out on the street, screaming in my face in Spanish the whole time, while someone upstairs ransacked my room. They tossed most (but not all) of my clothes and toiletries in my bag and then they threw my bag out on the street with me (good thing I waited, despite the non-stop verbal abuse). This is not how anyone would handle the situation in, say Las Vegas or New Orleans. But here's what was missing - about $300-400 in $20s from my bag itself, and about $600-700 in $100s that was IN THE LOCKED WALL SAFE ALONG WITH MY PASSPORT. My passport somehow made it into my bag (less the cash folded inside it) so I suppose I should be grateful that my passport made it, at least. But someone obviously has access to the wall safe and takes advantage of that access, to say the least. That should greatly concern anyone staying here and planning to bring valuables. Moral of the story: If you stay here, please make sure you don't have too much to drink and piss off the wrong staff member, or you may find yourself bewildered and shivering on the streets of Tijuana at 4am with no cash, wondering where if anywhere you can find a working ATM. The. Worst. Stay. Ever. P.S. I did find another hotel down the street that took me in no problem (and helped me find an ATM the next day). But I'm crossing TJ off my list for a long, long time and Hotel Rio Rita forever.
