Heavy rains in the area made it impossible to get to the location. The hotel did not want to reschedule for us or cancel the reservation. We lost the money.

Excellent location, customer service, breakfast, hotel is very clean, overall very happy.

Beautiful location had a great time great food and very nice room comfortable and cozy definitely will be back

The staff was great. Made me feel very welcomed and service was phenomenal. Needs a bit of maintenance. Shower handle was hard to turn and water flow was inconsistent. Pillows had stains on them. Bed itself was very comfortable, and breakfast at dining area was good.

Easy checkin, clean, friendly staff, private underground parking and was withing walking dostance of the venue for the party we were attending. Great food options within walking distance too. Highly recommended.

It was a good experience overall. I was able to enjoy my stay and have a good night sleep.

Great safe place to stay there’s a few restaurants to go eat around the hotel. Everyone is very respectful

Wonderful property, it’s first class, feels like you are in US . The location is superb, in the middle is f everything especially the best restaurants in the city are within walking distance. The staff is super friendly, can’t wait until I come back
