Good clean room just don’t expect breakfast as they don’t put much out and it’s first come first serve. All they had left by 830 was 5 rough looking apples and cereal with no milk left. Didn’t even have a bottle of water available. Ask staff and they claimed that all they have for breakfast was out.

The hotel is central to many amenities. Great location. In general, the staff are friendly and hospitable. If you have pets, it's a great place to stay. There is a courtyard and a teepee so you can hang out. There is also a large parking lot, an excellent area to walk your dogs.

Timmins is the type of place where you don't just show up accidentally, you are there for work in the Mining/Forestry fields, etc or to visit family. After dropping off a family member I had decided to rest up overnight before heading back south in the morning, I am glad I chose Hampton Inn, the Hotel had tons of clean well-lit parking and was easy to find on the main strip ( Algonquin st ) the building also looked a little more modern and better looked after than some of the other Hotels in the city and was slightly cheaper on the night I booked which was the 5th to 6th not ( 4th to 5th ) as it shows in the description above. The hotel itself was spotless and modern and the service was good. Early morning breakfast the next day was included in the price and it was good for what it was. If traveling to Timmins again I would definitely stay at this Hotel.

I stayed three nights at this Best Western location (Timmins Ontario Canada) for my mother's ”Celebration of Life' event. Attendees, including myself, had nothing but praise for the staff at every level for the newness, well-planned hotel build. It was impeccably clean from the the rooms, to the facilities, restaurant/bar, lobby, elevators and common areas. The staff were super kind, friendly and helpful. The price for what was on offer was more than fair for what you got. the hotel rooms were spacious and modern and beds and linens so very comfortable. The TV and remote for channels were very easy to navigate unlike many other hotels. Based on my and my large extended family, I highly recomend a stay at this Best Western location should you ever venture to Timmins Ontario- Hometown of Shania Twain!
