The hotel has a great location, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. My room was comfortable. The breakfast was decent, though I felt it could have had more variety. ………………………………………………………………………………………………::.::::::::::::::::::

The hotel is conveniently located amid mid of the town. The hotel is very big, rooms are spacious, stuffs are very curteous and food is exceptionally good. Parking space is also available. The negative point is linens are not properly cleaned, one of my associate‘s room , the shower was broken though the hotel repaired it when the dame was brought to their notice. The wifi is extremely slow

The staff is very cooperative and there are good options for food (especially for vegetarians). Apart from some small issues(which were fixed by Hotel), our stay was comfortable. Special thanks to room service staff and reception staff. Walking about 5 minutes straight to a mall where a cinema theatre is situated apart from a shop where anything available for INR 99 rupees, so in case you forget something’s in your luggage then try that place. Also lots of cloth wholesalers nearby where good Kurtis available at INR 350-400 and other good stuff at lower price as well. But as an Indian don’t forget to bargain.

I had a very good experience. One of the staff Mr Prabal was very kind and friendly. he help me to our hole staying in Royal. Me and my colleague are staying for business meeting,It was really praiseworthy. Food is also good. Thank you so much team Royal Highness.

Had a good time. The hospitality of the hotel staff was warm. In regards to the food, the staff made sure it was as per the taste of the people staying in the hotel. Good time staying at Hotel Royal Highness. The rooms were clean. The hotel is located at a point easily accesible fforthe people. People coming to Tinsukia, Hotel Royal Highness is a must that provides you a stay of comfort.
