We had a terrible experience with the guest next to our room. They were all the night, from 1 am to 5.30 am arguing and in a violent attitude (not necessary to explain details, but very disgusting), and we were afraid with the situation. The isolation between rooms is very very deficient or not-existent. I went twice to the reception to complain. The boy in the desk called twice to the boss and he declined to change the room because they didn´t want to assume the cleaning of another room. I could see in the registration book that there were almost rooms unoccupied in our floor. The treatment of the owner in relation to the complicated situation we lived, was very inhuman, and the solution to our discomfort was very easy. IT IS THE WORST NIGHT I HAVE NEVER SPEND IN 26 YEARS TRAVELLING, AND NOT NECESSARY SLEEPING IN A 4 STARS HOTELS, BECOUSE THE ETHICS IS NOT RELATED WITH THE NUMBER OF STARS THAT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT HAVE.

Hotel a 6km dall’aeroporto, molto comodo per chi ha il volo di mattina presto. Le camere erano grandissime e discretamente pulite. Personale molto gentile. La colazione però viene fatta in una saletta sporca dove non hai alcuna scelta. Ti viene offerto un cornetto, un omelette e una spremuta di arancia. Tutto sommato per passare una sola notte, lo consiglio.

Vicinissimo all'areoporto (arrivati in 8 da Pisa la sera tardi),camere splendide,enormi ,pulitissime ,colazione buonissima...non e' a buffet,ma ci hanno chiesto cosa volevamo....tosts ,frittata ...e per tutti croassants e spremuta VERA di arancia
